Best airline regarding comfort:design/cuisine/service
Great service, modern plane, luxurious
On time, easy and smooth
Although a short regional flight, Oman Air continues to provide excellent service, and personal attention. I always find the Oman Air leg of an international flight less stressful and more personable.
The whole trip was well organised, and pleasantly executed. As with most Qatar Airways flights the staff were particularly attentive and supportive. The Q Suite was the "icing on the cake".
Staff were attentive and professional, and managed to be personable and accomodating at the same time. Oman Air has become my airline of choice.
Reduced cost for children to lounge Children’s area in airport Non spicy snacks Option of children’s meals Good films More children’s games and 2 player games Ran out of vegetarian meals
Omar airways mishandled my baggage, it took me 2 weeks to get my baggage back. It's been delivered to someone else.
Breakfast menu must be improved along With orange juice
Pros: It's okay but they doesn't have good service about the luggage I'm coming from overseas I have two luggage and they charged me for one luggage to charge me.
Pros: Everything was good
Cons: Nothing
Pros: Business class seat was very comfortable, crew very friendly
Pros: Every think was a range and serve nicely
Cons: Arriving time
Cons: Food
Pros: You get out to change flight and you go back to the same plane
Cons: No English subtitles on TV or movies
Pros: Nothing to like, seats are cramped and worn out.
Cons: No subtitles or closed captioning on movies or TV programs
Pros: I didn’t
Cons: I was a business class passenger and the flight might as well have been economy, with the exception of the food. There was no personal entertainment, the seat foot rest did not work — it was an old plane — the seats recline all the back to the lap of the person behind you — so when the guy in front of me was done eating he proceeded to lay back — however I wasn’t done eating — and it knocked over my glass of sparkling water —- typically even if a passenger is still eating there is still room for the person to lay back — I had to push the persons seat quickly before my whole tray was wrecked.
Cons: The flight to Muscat was great — the flight from Muscat to Bangalore sucked!
Pros: Everything was smooth. Crew always smiling and helpful.
Cons: Asked for water 2 x with none ever brought
Pros: The seats were comfortable and spacious
Cons: The flight attendants did not keep the children and their seats they let them run around as we taxied the airport until one fell and had their head. Then they would not insist on them to stay in in their seats even on take off.
Pros: Crew quiet experienced and courteous.
Cons: Legroom would good
Pros: Boarding on time
Cons: No healthy food options
Pros: That it was a direct flight
Cons: Turn on A/C of plane upon boarding (it is the only airline where the A/C is turned on after the aircraft detaches from gate, even budget airlines in have A/C on when boarding) Improve entertainment (more movies / better selection up to date) Increase seating space Improve food options and quality
Pros: Quick boarding.
Cons: Rough landing in Bah.
Pros: Good flight and really comfortable. Rate 5 star
Cons: Very satisfied on my travel from London to Muscat
Pros: Crew good and friendly
Cons: Very old fleet from Muscat to Kuala Lumpur. The entertainment very limited compared to Emirate Airlines
Cons: Air craft very small was full with passengers ac was not good before takeoff. No baggage arrived to lahore i am really depressed due to baggage .please help to find baggae
Cons: Hi flight Manchester to Muscat was good . Air craft Muscat to lahore was too old and very small . The main thing happed no baggage arrived they have lost it or will arrive after 2 / 3 days ... please help to find out my baggage.
