Everything was clean and tidy, such a nice staff.
Mattress was not he best, also the room was a little bit cold, and we couldn't turn on the heater in the toilet.

Location. Clean bedroom. Spotless ensuite. Great value
Great location and great value. Only problem was when my friend was checking in she was stood there 15mins while the receptionist was on the phone. Then she found it difficult to check in as the room wasn't in her name. It was in mine but I didn't arrive for over 2 hours. It was a triple room. Surely it should be less akward for a person sharing the room. She wasn't happy with the service.

Location was great! Staff was okay, the doorman at night was nice. Kitchen is big and spacey.
They have strict curfew policy... We were in a three dorm room, that was a big awkward and very small. Bathroom was not clean and the bunk bed was shite.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. At first it was alittle hard to find but once I found it it's located rigght across from a supermarket in the central downtown. Absolutely loved my stay. Can't recommend it enough.
