The staff was very friendly, the problems was that I had made reservations early,but when I got there, I still had to wait a while and when I made reservations, they never said anything about a $300 deposit until I got there to pick up the car and the car was not vacuum nor did it have mats in it other than that I can say that the staff was very friendly.Dollar

The owner was very rude and arrogant. I have him recorded on video saying he works for himself, he said his office is not hertz. I was shown the car I would be getting on the app,on the day I was picking up I was given a different car with no apologies,he arrogantly told me that I should pick the car available or forget about it. He was also rude to the lady behind me with her kids. I have a video of the interaction I had with him. So if my booking was not hertz,who or what company rented the car to me? He didn’t know I paid for insurance and liability,he was asking if I wanted to buy insurance and liability, I told him I already bought it on hertz website. The location is not befitting for a hertz,it wasn’t what I was expecting or envisaged my first experience with hertz would turn out.2.0 Poor

Staff was completely useless. I got there and they didn’t have the truck I reserved; they did nothing to accommodate my situation. I was left stranded with no options. They made no calls to other locations, they literally did nothing. This is the second time Hertz has done something like this. I strongly recommend Enterprise for your rental.Cons:
