I decided not to rent from them
Pros: KAYAK was very helpful and efficient.
Cons: their representatives were uninformed often given different information from person to person. Certain criteria was hidden and not made available until i arrived to pick up the car as well. The amount of energy that went into renting the car was completely a turn away. so I just used my own car. Wont be using enterprise again.

Cons: I made a reservation months ago to pick up a car at the airport on Baton Rouge. WHen I got close to the date, I contacted Enterprise to get info on whether the car was onsite in the airport or via shuttle. I was told the reservation was at a different Enterprise far offsite and there was 1. No way to get me there from the airport before the office closed. 2. If I wanted to pick up a car at the airport office , which was open, the cost would more than double. Therefore, I cancelled the rental. Very disappointed since my interactions with Enterprise in Milwaukee and elsewhere has always been 5 stars.

Pros: I liked the car, it was new and clean. Big enough for our entire family
Cons: No one was at the counter at the airport. Had to go searching for an attendant after a really long delay in our last flight. It was the middle of the night, had a newborn, a toddler and husband in tow with all our luggage and carseats. Found them way out in the parking garage. The gal was nice but very bad location for women to be in the middle of the night. She couldn't print me any receipt and said that enterprise would email me one I the morning. I still haven't received one. And drop off was confusing, we just left the cat at rental drop off with the keys in it because husband couldn't find key drop box.

Crappy Car and the management
Cons: They made me to stay in a long wait and yelling at the customers. Thats a bad sign. You don't want your customers to be treated that way. The car is out of shape and they din care about it. It was so bad, that I have to return the car before the expected date of delivery. Anyways I expected a lot from Enterprise as I usually rent cars from them, but this is the worst ever journey....

Staff was unbelievably rude
Pros: The car was fine.
Cons: The staff was so rude. When I declined the insurance, because I purchased Kayak's coverage the manager came over and was so condicending to me. Another staff member, who was supposed to be helping me, stopped and started processing another client whom he apparently knew. Lastly, the entire office was full of customers complaining about their experience with this location.

No Problem Switching Out
Pros: Great customer service! Maintenance light came on 1500 miles into a 4000 mile trip. Called the toll free number and received instructions to head to airport Enterprise. As soon as I got there, a representative was waiting and within less than five minutes I was switched out with the accompanying paperwork. Loved the price, the car, the service! Enterprise will remain my family's "go-to" car rental company!!!
Cons: Hard seats. Long wait times to pick up and drop off.

Cons: Horrible customer service and terrible attitude of the staff.

Car was a lemon
Pros: Staff were kind.
Cons: The car was on its last legs. Scratches up and down the sides - shook at highway speeds. Looked under it and wind fairings were coming off presumably from prior misuse. Overall a car that should not have been rented out and made it evident that extensive checks of the vehicles are not conducted prior to sending customers out with them.

HONDA CAMRY !!!
Pros: We liked the Honda Camry VERY MUCH !! WE DROVE IT FOR 18 DAYS AND TRAVELED 1,385 MILES. IT RAN WELL AND WAS VERY SATISFACTORY. IT WAS CLEAN AND FULL OF GAS. THE ONE EXCEPTION IS LISTED NEXT IN THE DISLIKES.
Cons: WHEN WE GOT TO WESTERN TEXAS, I WAS PULLED OVER BY THE POLICE FOR TRAVELING TOO FAST. WHEN I EXPLAINED OUR CIRCUMSTANCES, THE PATROLMAN WAS VERY COURTEOUS !!! HE LEANED INTO THE CAR AND SHOWED US VERY QUICKLY HOW TO OPERATE THE CONTROLS. WE USED IT SUCCESSFULLY AT EVERY OPPORTUNITY AFTER THAT!!!!!
THANKS VERY MUCH FOR HAVING A NICE CLEAN CAR READY TO BE PICKED UP VERY LATE (about 10 PM)

Cons: The car doesn't have AC, the people kept me waiting for a long time. This is the first time I'm having this kind of experience.

Honeymoon getaway car
Pros: I really enjoyed the Ford Mustang convertable and had a blast driving it. this was my first rental and it made the perfect getaway car. The inside was very clean and neat so props for that I did have to take it to a car wash because the outside was pretty gross with dust and water spots but that could have been just the weather and out of the companystuff control.
Cons: My issue is with the pickup place. First off when I walked up to the desk to pick up the lady walked away for 30 mins. Secondly, When I called to make the reservation I asked for the insurance to be placed on the car which was totally ignored and I had to remind them I had asked for the insurance I also asked for the gasservice peace of mind because I knew I wouldn't be able to fill it up due to my need to catch a flight the next morning after our wedding. This request was also ignored and I found out at the airport drop off that I now had to pay $75 or miss my flight to go get gas. Very upset and will call customer service as soon as we get back from our honeymoon.
