Place above head to place the rucksack in is smaller than in other planes, so it needed to be located under the front seat.
Great experience, I just wish airline seats were more comfortable in general.
Onboarding process and crew was excellent and efficient, Information display was great. Keep on the good work and same standard. Nothing to change.
Totally unprofessional crew, lack of empathy and disrespectful responses. Flight got delayed for Mechanical issue for 3 hours got on the runway then back, then disembarked and just waiting with no one explaining anything and missed my connecting due to that.. the crew total lack of professionalism is totally unseen anywhere.
Flights from MADRID to CARACAS and back Seats on the plane were too uncomfortable for a 9 hour trip, especially when the flight was completely full. Crew treated passengers as if we were cattle. Desperate rush to get food served so they could enjoy First class food at the back of the plane... I went twice to the back of the plane (no one answered the flight attendant button) to ask for coffee and was met with a very abrupt response... 'YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT'. The only thing staff could think of saying to me was 'la mascarilla senior!'.... In a way I do not blame Air Europa for getting away with this lamentable service, they are one of only two carriers flying between Spain and Venezuela so do not have any competition... I do not think they would dare offer the same service on a flight from London to Los Angeles!

Arrived almost 1 hour late to panama city
I have loved the flight, very professional and caring staff.
I was in flights from sap paulo <-> Madrid, the last one 11/15/21, That takes around 10:30 hour. Can you imagine that is served only a POOR meal after one hour of flight and nothing more??? We don’t have any service (besides in the morning a payed kart) or crew working in anything more than masks control. You need to pay for water / coffee is reasonable ? Even if you consider as low cost flights that you payed around U$ 700, courtesy and education should be showed by crew, things that Air Europe should learn to their employees on the airplane, a very rude people!!! It was not with me, but a complain for a lot people around. I have never been treated Like this before. Air Europa your journey will be short walking in this road. I, a constant traveler, will never more flight with you. I don’t need this kind of services!
After landing in Paris every one in the plane had to get on a bus which was packed and every Covid protocol was violated. There was no social distancing. It was disappointing. There was an empty bus right behind us. A few passengers asked to get on it to keep some distance between people but the driver refused. Probably you do not care.
Pros: Extremely professional boarding process, and kind and attentive flight crew.
Pros: Comfortable great crew, great experience for first time flight with them
Pros: Smooth travel
Cons: I can’t think of anything
Pros: Video was good, seats were good.
Cons: Man doing the check-in in Madrid (site 909) was very rude and unhelpful.
Cons: Deplaned very orderly for distancing, but then on tarmac into crowded bids during COVID. Really?? What gives?? Lots of empty jetways! So sloppy, or something!
Pros: crew was nice
Cons: they lie to you, they tell you that your luggage is included and then it's not and it cost you $300 more. only one meal in 9 hour flight. Find another company and another searcher
Pros: the crew was nice
Cons: They lie to you when they tell you that your luggage in included and you end paying $250 more. Now they only give you one meal in 9 hours and the prices keep going up. Find another company and another flight searcher.
Pros: Between this nonstop and Iberia’s nonstop, these seats are much more more comfortable, they recline and there is actual legroom.
Pros: I was going to SpIn for several weeks what could be wrong
Pros: Air Europa sucks. Avoid if you can. Not worth the savings.
Pros: Comfortable and smooth landing of the Captain.
Cons: Service training for the Crews for being more polite and for having smiling face..., please!!! Everyone was angry for hardworking????
Pros: More legroom than other airlines, timely and in flight entertainment.
Pros: The tablet selection was very variety.
Cons: The announcement was hard to hear the volume was loud but something not quiet understandable
Pros: Nothing
Cons: If my plane wasn’t overbooked and I actually got on it. Instead I missed my connection in Barcelona and had to buy a new ticket from Barcelona to the US.
Pros: Nice crew, flight landed on time
Cons: Temperature was very hot and embarking procedure took a while to be completed
Pros: Excellent on time, quick turnaround with Canary Air
Cons: Air Europa...everything
Pros: The flight was with Canary Airways not Air Europa Next time I’ll book with Canary Air direct because Air Europa made a mess with the reservation and are hard to reach
Cons: Nothing
Cons: There was no air
Pros: Nothing
Pros: Great crew and seat
Cons: Could have offered more included meals and drinks

Air Europa is a Spanish airline that controls operations out of its primary base in Madrid. The majority of the fleet is stored and serviced in Madrid. Targeting vacationers who travel to the south of Spain for the warm weather and pristine beaches, the airline flies to the remote Balearic and Canary Islands. Flights are available to more than 25 countries, with some of the key services being the long-haul flights to South America and North America.
Joining the SkyTeam alliance in 2007, the carrier has offered more connecting flights and departure times than before. Some of the major airlines that it partners with as part of the alliance are China Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Air France and Korean Air. There is also Air Europa Express, which operates as a regional subsidiary, concentrating on domestic flights within Spain.
Passengers can stream content from personal devices, such as mobile phones and tablets, directly onto the entertainment screens provided. To do so, you must download the Air Europa On the Air app before your flight. Specialized menus, free from the 14 major food allergens (nuts, cereals, eggs, milk and fish, among others), are available on all transatlantic flights.
A combination of Airbus and Boeing planes are used by Air Europa. The majority of the fleet are wide body twin jets, such as the Boeing 787 series. Several of the aircraft are painted in the dark grey SkyTeam alliance design, while there is a special Boeing 737 that pays tribute to the Iguazú Falls in Argentina.
