Car that we were given was good on gas.Cons:
The staff truly needs a crash course on customer service. There were 3 people ahead of us getting car rentals and every single one had some kind of issue with the staff. There was no management on duty. One particular employee raised his voice when he got in a disagreement with a customer. Overall, this place is just not worth the couple bucks you save by renting from here.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
I prepaid online and reserved my car to pick up at 8. Arrived at 8 to find no one there, had to call and ask for someone to help me out. I reserved the car at a specific time for a reason, and I wasn’t getting out of there with the car until after 9. A bit ridiculous in my eyes, Such a lack of care to their costumers. Oh wait there’s more. I bought insurance prior on kayak, but not straight from rent-a-car. Resulting in them withholding a massive fee on my credit card and saying I owe them nearly a grand to replace a windshield because of a tiny chip in the windshield due to driving on the highway. I’ve rented cars before and have never dealt with this kind of thing. No windshield replacement should be that much, and the chip is so minor it could easily be filled for very cheap. But instead rent a car is money grabbing and taking advantage of me. In the process of trying to figure out my claim with the third party insurance, which of course has not been easy. All in all I’m extremely upset by my experience and would recommend you go else where to rent a car.Cons:
