Overall, highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: Perfect location inside, very helpful and friendly staff, excellent breakfast (both choice and food). Special thanks to Renata who was helping us at 3am!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: High quality building in a nice setting. All the makings of a 4 star convenient to the salt mines. Parking is excellent and free.
Cons: The staff are just not matching the 4 star stays we had evening meal and breakfast and they were slow to serve and hiding somewhere. Also a big cock-up on arriving, with the keys not working making us late for our excursion. I would also say it is a bit soulless.
9.2 Excellent
Cons: The room was far at the hotel
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was quite good, it was worth to pay 9 EUR per person. The best thing is that it is 50 m from Wieliczka salt mine entrance. Free parking for guests was a nice bonus.
Cons: Restaurant's menu - if you are not a fan of a polish meals then your options are not so great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Elegant hotel ideally located for the salt mines. Great staff who were always helpful and cheerful.
Cons: The final approach to the hotel is a little complicated and signage could be improved. I think finding the car park on a dark, wet night could be frustrating.

7.6 Good
Pros: Very friendly and accommodating staff (with great English); delicious breakfast; close to Krakow (easy access); as close to Wieliczka Salt Mine as it gets;
Cons: Although it was not an issue for us it seemed that there may be not enough parking spaces for all of the guests - it is possible there was an additional parking lot we didn't see. Otherwise we have only good things to say about Grand Sal Hotel and its staff.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Expert staff in every way, close to Krakow and all major places of interest.
8.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Right in the middle of where you want to be, the main square. The staff can't do enough, great breakfast.
Cons: .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is amazing!! Best part about the hotel. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good, lots to choose from. Resturant in the hotel is amazing! Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to visit Krakow!
Cons: There's nothing I didn't like but if I had to suggest improvements it would be to have some additional pillows in the room. Also for the safes to be checked prior to guests staying in the room. We had a little incident with our safe as we couldn't open it. Baring in mind we had our passports in there and only discovered the problem a day before flying. So it could have gone very wrong. But the staff did rectify the issue ASAP. However, this could have been prevented with prior checks.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location on the square, lovely architecture, great friendly staff.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This place will let you feel Krakow spirit like no other! Very elegant and intimate atmosphere, great parking service that let you reach the heart of old town by car. Hotel interior is superb and gave us old town experience. Restaurant very good, wine choice excellent, breakfast good as well.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff; easy communication in English; location is absolutely amazing.
Cons: Some English language TV channels would have been nice.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location , location , location
7.9 Good
Pros: I enjoyed the fact that it had a very familial atmosphere, all of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was also lavish and actually beyond my expectations. In addition, while the breakfasts weren't the most lavish thing I have ever seen, they were still quite ample for my needs.
Cons: My main critique relates to noise levels in the morning. On my last two mornings in the hotel I was woken up at 6-7am to people moving in and out of the next door room. On the first of those two days the door slammed repeatedly over the course of a 1-2 hour period, really disturbing my sleep. On the second it was less, but there were still noises loud enough to wake me up during that period. I think this was in part because housekeeping were cleaning rooms before 8am, which is unusual in hotels I have stayed in in the past, however, this, in itself, is not a problem. The fact that the doors and wall are not particularly sound resistant makes it worse as it impacts those individuals staying in the rooms around those being loudly cleaned.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Best hotel staff ever and 24 hour reception! The room was very cute and cozy. It felt like home, not like a hotel room. Great location in the square.
Cons: Better AC for American travelers :)
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location was amazing, right on the square. Our room had a small balcony with excellent views. The staff were excellent, really friendly and cannot do enough for you. Very clean too!
Cons: There wasn’t anything not to like!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is amazing! Right in the heart of the old town. We requested a room overlooking the square & this was provided at no extra charge. The view was fabulous and there was no problem with noise! The staff were really helpful, couldn't do enough to help. Booked tours for us and taxis.
Cons: The wooden frame bed was a little creaky but comfortable.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great Room on the 4th floor with a fantastic view over the square.
Cons: The fire alarm at 3am. However, this was set off by accident and there was no fire.

Cons: Breakfasts could of been a little better
10.0 Excellent

Hotel Stary - Krakow - Building
8
9.2 Excellent (1,200 reviews)
€160+
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Hotel Stary in Krakow (Old Town), you'll be steps from Main Market Square and Town Hall Tower. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a business center, and limo/town car service. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours).
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is well located for access to the square. Some of the surrounding streets are shady and I felt unsafe at night one block next to the location but the exact location of thehotel itself was fine. Be cautious when going out. Outstanding housekeeping and turndown service. I appreciated that the toiletries were replenished daily, turn down service and thorough cleaning. The gym is small but usable. The pool is amazing and the spas is wonderful. The staff was kind and provided dining recommendations. I would stay here again, but as previously mentioned beware walking at night.
Cons: I didn't like the adult club right next to the hotel as it was aggravating always being asked to enter while I proceeded to the hotel. It's not the hotel's fault. The rooftop bar has a great view but the drinks were not well mixed. Too bad you can't bring your own beverages for the view :) Please note that Uber cannot access the hotel direct and will drop you a couple of blocks away. It's not a major issue but you may want to consider it if you have a lot of luggage.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I just loved my experience ate this hotel ! The room was amazing , the refurbish that was made in this old hotel was so good ! The hotel is a must go !!!
9.2 Excellent

Pros: Very good hotel almost everything is fine
Cons: For an hotel of this standing, I'd see an even better breakfast selection.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Awesome rooms well appointed The spa was the highlight
Cons: We could just see the square from our room. GPS didn’t direct us into the hotel as cars are not aloud to drive here would of been good to know. Parking was offsite organized by the hotel.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent The rooms sizes were good There is a spa
Cons: There aren’t sofas in the lobby to relax and sit while waiting like any other hotels
4.8 Okay
Cons: Then I left some laundry in my room in a black bag and they stole it! Crazy. I ream really nice taylored suits and shirts were just taken from my room. I was very upset. They denied taking anything, but know exactly what I packed and exactly where I put my things. So I left and am never coming back.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good sized rooms with balcony in many. Also outside terraces on some floors 5th. Beds good. Showers work. Rooms spotless. Restaurant food very good. Drinks and snacks available. Spa and pool excellent. Location perfect in the center of everything. Staff charming and helpful with excellent english. Take the hotel car to the airport and feel a little special before being loaded into an economy flight!
Cons: It is a struggle because this just jumped to my favorite hotels list. Maybe if I have to make one recommendation it would be a little more variety in the restaurant menu so you could just eat here all the time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: There’s no aspect of our stay that wasn’t perfect: location, check-in, staff, restaurant, facilities, and on and on.
Cons: There was nothing that the staff would not correct, they were responsive and fast.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful premises with spacious, comfortable and clean bedrooms. Bathroom shower has strong water pressure. Towels were good quality. Toiletries provided were L'Occitane. WiFi works well all around hotel and TV in bedroom provides a number of news channels in English and other languages. Gym is small but has a reasonable range of equipment. I haven't been to the spa or pool, so can't comment. Staff was friendly and attentive. Amazing location by the market square. Close to shops, restaurants and cafes.
Cons: Breakfast is expensive, but there's a coffee place next door with amazing and cheap breakfast options. Hairdryer is poor quality. Gym could have more equipment.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location, cool hotel design, very wheelchair accessible.
Cons: nothing

Pros: Great room, simple layout, clean, very friendly staff, great location next to train station. Would stay here again in krakow.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Both my husband and myself were truly happy with our stay here. We would defiantly stay here again. I have never given a hotel a 10 rating until now. The mattress was memory foam--we both slept better here than on our own bed at home. The location was literally 10 minutes walking from Main Market Square, Cloth Hall and St. Mary's Basilica. Wawel Castle was a bit further and the Oskar Schindler Museum was a good 30 minute walk from the hotel. We did find a Milas Polish Pottery shop which was located between the square and the hotel; the patterns and quality they carry are the same as the factories in Boleslawiec. The hotel offers a secure underground parking lot which is easy to get in and out of.
Cons: I would have liked to receive a hard copy receipt. Upon check out hotel stated they would an email with my receipt...I have not received it.

8.5 Excellent
Pros: We stayed one night in March. We got in several hours before check in time. Not one restaurant in the area was open for breakfast so we decided to eat at the hotel. Breakfast was delicious I would recommend getting it with the room if possible. Since we were desperate to get some sleep we decided to upgrade to a superior room with did not cost very much and we go in right there and then. The room was a good size and very clean. In at the afternoon we got 3 cakes delivered and there was free water in the room. The area is wonderful, right next to a big shopping mall and the translation. Also, walking to anywhere in main Krakow from the hotel is a breeze.
Cons: The mattress was horrible ! I have never seen or slept on such a thing. Weird choice by the hotel to put that in the rooms. TV did not work but we also did not call to fix it.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location wise, the hotel was almost right outside of the railway station, by a big shopping mall, and just minutes walk from the old city - perfect for a city visit if travelling by train. The room was very modern and comfortable, with good air conditioning. Our room had a view to a large square and the old railway station building, which as I railway fan I appreciated. There was a good selection at breakfast, and we enjoyed an evening drink in the bar also, where I was happy to find some craft beer on offer. All the staff I encountered were very pleasant.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast and even at the end of breakfast service food was freshly prepared and displayed on buffet. The location was perfect and a short walk from the main sights as well as a range of restaurants and bars.
Cons: A choice of pillows would be even better.
7.4 Good
Cons: Too costly

Pros: location was a bonus!
Cons: Nothing comes to mind

Pros: Very posh design and luxury interior. the breakfast was nicely presented and very comprehensive. We were very warm welcomed by the reception staff. The location is fantastic - within minutes in the middle of the jewisch district and the Wisla river bank, but also 5 min walking distance to a modern shopping center. Bakery around the corner.

Pros: Clean hotel and sweet staff
Cons: Not applicable
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast is amazing.. staff is also great and the rooms are very clean.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I loved the hotel and location the staff were very helpful with all my questions. I would recommend this hotel.
Cons: The breakfast was not great. It was buffet style .
7.9 Good
Pros: The location is fantastic: in the Jewish quarter and close to the river. Tasteful and ludic deco. Good bathroom. Excellent variety for breakfast, in a well lit room, though the space between tables is tight when hotel full. Staff is nice.
Cons: I received a funny-shaped single room, apparently the only one of this category in the hotel (number 128), just behind the lift, that you could sometimes hear from the room. Tiny and full of unnecessary stuff. I paid the same I would have paid for a double, single occupancy. Was I just unlucky to have come first as a solo traveller... So check for another number!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location - handy for walking into Old Town, Jewish Quarter and over the river to St Joseph’s / former Jewish-Ghetto area. If you can’t walk the trams stop right outside the hotel. Beautiful Horizon suite room, with a great balcony and air con in both rooms, on 5th floor away from any street noise. Breakfast service was very good (Beata was there every day). Bed linen and towels were excellent quality. Drivers (Mariusz(?) & Gregory) were very good, particularly the information shared by Mariusz.
Cons: Reception staff were not very friendly.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: 100zł parking place or night.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The layout of the room meant that the person on the inside of the bed had to sidle down by the wall
Cons: We were on the second floor. There was an elevator but still had to manage steps having gotten off the elevator.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very close to all public transportation but also to all the sights. Restaurants and pubs very close to the hotel, as well as 24h express supermarket. Very big mall just few minutes walk. Lovely breakfast with nice selection.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The hotel is very well located alongside the park and convenient to market square, station shops etc.
Cons: Mattress protectors!! I understand the need for these but there needs to be an appropriate layer between the protector and the sheet so that the sleeper does not feel like they are lying on plastic and which absorbs sweat on hot nights. The bed itself was very comfortable but waking up during the night in damp sheets was unpleasant.
6.7 Good
Pros: nice to be able to have breakfast outside
Cons: extremely loud. sat in bar one evening, not served, nobody paid attention
10.0 Excellent
Pros: You could not do better in picking a hotel on your travels to Krakow. Location: 3 short blocks from the Main Square. Accommodations: Clean, beautiful decor, comfortable bed, big bathroom with deep tub and shower. Food: Excellent buffet breakfast with hot eggs and breakfast meat and a wide variety of cheeses, meats, pastry, fruits and cheeses.

Pros: Great location, staff, and amenities.

Pros: Excellent location.
Cons: Room and bathroom were a bit too small

Pros: excellent and varied breakfast. Plenty to choose from. All great and specially the bread!
Cons: some of the girls in the reception were not very knowledgeable about the touristic part of the town.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location in front of the mall , near to bus and train station inside the mall , about minutes from the main square
Cons: Nothing at all
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The corner room is great. The room size is decent-to-big. The TV is the biggest we've had in a hotel room within Europe. The bathroom floor has the option to be heated and the bathroom liquid soap and shampoo are from Azzarro (sp?). They smelled so very good!!! The hotel provides a delicious, full breakfast with two free coffee/cocoa/cappuccino makers for guests and are available 24 hours a day. The bar is open 24 hours a day but the hotel's front-desk employees will need to clear their area to tend bar. The hotel is literally across the street from the Krakow Glowny (main train station). The wifi signal was good/strong as the signal never went away. All-in-all a great place to stay and I will definitely stay here next time I'm in Krakow. I'll stay at other Puro hotels in Poland, given the opportunity.
Cons: Only issue is with the lack of early check-in. It was bad timing that they had been sold out the day before our scheduled check-in date. We caught an early train and arrived at the hotel at 7am on our check-in date. Unfortunately, because check-in time is 3pm and the hotel had been fully booked the night before, there weren't any available rooms as check-out time is noon. We needed to shower before our 11:30am tour pick-up but our room wasn't ready until 12:45pm and we were already in our tour. The front desk lady tried to help but it was out of her control.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location, staff very accommodating.
Cons: The table to turn the lights off. It’s a pain. A light switch would be much more useful
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff and the hotel in general was great
Cons: The hotel is very techy and rooms are fully controlled by tablet
10.0 Excellent
Cons: I cannot think of anything, other than I could not open the window to get any fresh air, but the air conditioning worked well anyway.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: very nice hotel location very good breakfast very good the stuff was nice
Cons: there was no enough waiters in the breakfast So the empty plate stays on the tables and if there are a Group that have breakfast the other people have nothing to eat again because no enough waiters to fill it up

Pros: Great location Next the mall & near the main square
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location is fantastic. Staffs are nice.

Pros: Perfect location. Spacious and spotlessly clean family room with Main Square view. Everything was as it is seen on pictures. The Italian restaurant on site is fantastic. The airport transfer organized through booking.com was perfect.

Pros: location, friendly staff
Cons: Lift is a bit dangerous for elders as the door close very fast.

Pros: Location. Excellent rooms.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was inadequate, absolutely nothing for a vegetarian except fruits, cornflakes and toast. Request for hot milk was turned down on the first day which was provided second day after reporting of the same to reception. Fruits were also inadequate and refilling by staff was below standard. Beside this all other things were up to the mark and perfect. Upgraded room was quite specious and we could have full view of the market square. All the staff very very cooperative except the staff at breakfast room.
Cons: Already mentioned for the breakfast matter earlier.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Brilliant location!! Very comfortable room (bed, bathroom etc).
Cons: The breakfast was little plain.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: bottom left hand corner of the square fantasticly situated , rooms were spotless clean ,toilet shower room big and spacious bed great , toothbrush ,shaving , gels all there and polish for shoes , mini bar was full of juice and sweets ,odd but cheap, very quiet hotel , there was a football match on and later at night the English hooligans were shouting the odds off typical , don't bother looking for food anywhere around the market square , theres plenty around the side streets and at the back of hotel , we found the sq ones were all show and no go plus they filled up with a lot of lookers . watch the meat dishes you see a cheap steak but they charge bye the weight of it doubling up or more on price . plenty cake shops wow, I wouldn't walk thru the wood parkways at night as theres a lot of tramps about , and I mean down and outs , we did feel very safe walking around . see if theres an app for translation
Cons: airport to kracow no problem 20 mins pay on train 19 sl for 2 , kracow station to bottom of sq 30 mins max walking and very pleasant just walk down the side then underpass to theatre and follow the road to sq easy no need for a taxi ,stop in somewhere for a pint of a coffee why not we did . now getting train back was a wee bit different in the mall door way straight thru exit on left ,look for the plain train sighn , we went to right platform 3 but it was changed at last ninute to other side ,we wouldn't of known unless and woman told us who we were talking to , sighnage in kracow isn't ment for English speaking people , even the menus. lots of crafety

3.1 Mediocre
Pros: The location was good
Cons: Very small rooms and not at all like the photos on their or 3rd party websites. The rooms were not properly cleaned and 1 night I found a spider in my bed! Floors were not swept and felt very sandy. We left early although we had paid for a longer stay coz we just did not want to be there any more.
8.6 Excellent
Pros: Other than the unfortunate road work outside the place was very good and comfortable and in a perfect location.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location- close to the main square, lots of lovely restaurants and bars close by. Good value for money.
Cons: Loved it all!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fab location just around the corner from the square
Cons: Nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very friendly and the room was amazing. If you're looking for something more unique than a typical Weston hotel, I would recommend this industrial style hotel/apartments. All the facilities you really need in a room. Not that you stay in the room very much as Poland has so much to explore. The hotel/apartments are extremely close to the square, you are only a couple minutes walk from great restaurants, sights and bars.
Cons: Due to the hotel/apartment being so close to the square and where my room 407 (junior suite) was located, we could hear alot of the nightlife on the street below. More of an grumble from me being a tired pregnant woman who can't party (however , this might be useful for other people) . WiFi connection is not strong at all and I did not get very much 4G.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location and also the decor and facilities.
Cons: Not much
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The property’s location was excellent, being only a couple of minutes from the main square and a leisurely 5 min walk from the castle. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room (601) was very spacious with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen and another two quirky rooms in the eves. Exposed brick walls added to the charm of the room and the air conditioning was very welcome.
Cons: This was not a cheap option ( over £700 for four nights) and, although a very generously proportioned apartment, it was looking “tired” and in need of a fresh-up. The walls and doors were badly marked in places, the grout in the showers was black in places with mould and the property was in need of a deep clean. We had a good sized kitchen but lacked many utensils and we only had the bare minimum crockery, although an “Aparthotel” we would have struggled to make a cooked dinner as it lacked adequate utensils, cooking pots, pans etc. At night, there was quite a lot of street noise, especially from the pub crawl tours that were a regular occurrence and also very early morning from the street cleaners and refuse collectors. Although a good sized, wall mounted tv was provided, all programmes were in Polish making it redundant for English speaking guests.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel just off the main Square and really friendly staff
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The size of the room and amenities were awesome. So close to the town square
Cons: A fair bit of noise at night and early in the mornings
9.2 Excellent
Pros: To be served at the table was something new. Normally we got always a buffet. The level of the breakfast was very high.
Cons: When we arrived it was too hot in the room.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Couldn’t ask for a better room, it was 100 meters from the main square so we could just see it from our room window. Very stylish
Cons: We had two rooms, a standard room on the top floor, very nice but skylight leaked in rain and very small windows with no view. The deluxe room had a bath but no Separate shower and this meant you had to squat in the bath to use the little hand shower. Also the toilet and bathroom area were built into the room in the appearance of a separate building which was very quaint however part of this was also next doors toilet and we could hear them using it during the night time which wasn’t pleasant.
7.5 Good
Pros: The location was ideal. Close to square yet quiet. Walkable to several locations.
Cons: Getting there was a bit challenging. We arrived on a Sunday in September and streets were packed with pedestrians. Parking was a challenge, never found the recommended parking lot and ended up further across square away from Stare Miasto. Apartment we had, had no windows with an outdoor view, only sky light windows and atrium where other guests walked by so shades were always closed. The tv mount over bed was bad location as we hit our head several times. Only place to open luggage was on the floor. Apartment we had was located on the top floor where ceiling was very low and at an angle. If you are taller than 5’ 10” good luck. If it rains, you will hear every drop on the tin roof. This can be good or bad depending on your likings. Rain also came in through roof vent.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location
7.1 Good
Pros: The location is great.
Cons: The bathrooms are very poor for a suppose to be 5 star hotel.
7.9 Good
Pros: Staff are professional, and give information and recommendations to assist customers. Before paying the rent, all costs were shown and explained by the staff. The expenses are clear.
Cons: No one picked up the phone when we called the front desk. Not sure if the number setting was correct. The toilet paper holder doesn't havea hook at the end. The roll of toilet paper falls out easily. This was inconvenient. The bedside lamps could not be switched off except by unplugging power (or the switch was not obvious).
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very good breakfast .Extremely clean rooms and nice staff. My room had a window to the inner hol without fresh air and that was very uncomfortable for me. No difference in price no information during booking or checking in.

Cons: They gave me a room for disabled and it was not a nice room. I had to ask them to change the room and they could only offer me a room looking at the lobby. I was disappointed about this.

Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was nice selection and staff at breakfast was very friendly whole stay was amazing, location of this hotel is one of the best, rooms were clean and cosy, beds were very comfy too, little bit awkward way of accessing the wardrobe as doors were sliding and to open the fridge you had to make sure the both sides doors are fully closed, this was one very annoying thing which I have never seen in 5 star hotels.
Cons: I have paid for the Vistula View room which was much more expensive than standard room and we got room that was on the first floor overlooking the front of the hotel, however we kindly asked for the higher floors, I hoped that hotel staff would be more responsive to our query,

Pros: Great location, welcoming staff, and comfortable beds! A+ all around.

Pros: Everything was amazing! The staff were so helpful and the hotel was always so clean and smelt lovely throughout! The room was immaculate and the facilities were lovely (pool and gym)- we also loved the rooftop bar and ate there once when it was the sushi night and thoroughly enjoyed and also such a beautiful view of krakow! We had breakfast on two of the days during our stay and it was amazing! Probably one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel- also excellent location and walking distance to the main square and castle!

Pros: Outstanding staff and breakfast.
Cons: Everything was perfect!
8.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is located in the city center, so getting around for sightseeing was all done by foot or the occasional tram. Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. I had a very spacious low level room with two beds. Overall, very satisfied!
Cons: Stayed on the 1st floor and for 4 nights over Thanksgiving weekend, which also happened to be the same weekend as Advent (Catholic start of Christmas season). The halls were a bit loud, but mainly from the noise of people walking up and down. There were a couple of parties at the hotel but they all finished at a reasonable time.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Everything
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location at literally 2 minutes walking distance from the 'old city', the tourist center with the most sights, taverns and eateries. The car is parked for you in the private parking, albeit for a fee
Cons: Despite that I chose to pay in advance during my booking on booking.com, the payment was not made and the amount was reserved on my credit card.

Cons: There was nothing not to like!

Pros: We didn't have the breakfast - ate out

9.2 Excellent
Pros: A very family friendly hotel, with perfect location to the Jewish quarters and to the old town centre. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was nice, with lots to choose from. WIFI in the room was fast, easy to access.
Cons: Everything was perfect, until check out. We asked for a taxi to the station(just a 5 min ride from the hotel). One person told us taxi will come in 5 min, the other tells me 10. We waited for 15 min for a taxi to arrive, barely made the train to Warsaw. The way this was coordinated was very unprofessional.

This aparthotel features 1722 square feet (160 square meters) of event facilities. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The apartment was clean comfy and the breakfast was great. A great feature was the free parking on premises
Cons: A bit far from the town center
7.9 Good
Pros: The aparthotel is very modern and fresh. Reception staff were very friendly and one in particular went out of her way to book taxi’s for us in polish as we only spoke English. We are in the restaurant 3 out of our 8 nights and both the food and drink were very nice. Staff in the restaurant didn’t know as much English so it could be a bit difficult at times to order things so we had to result in pointing to the menu. This wasn’t an issue for us we just felt rather condescending doing this.
Cons: The property is a bit of a distance from the centre of Krakow however taxis are usually around 20-25Zlt. However on the way back from town the taxi drivers are double the price resulting in a few trips costing 54zlt. It is a very nice area of Krakow however walking into town would take around 50 minutes.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Everything - even the evening meal. Although more expensive than outside the hotel the quality and presentation of food was excellent.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and modern feeling apartment-hotel room. There was a hot-plate, fridge, microwave and a seating area in the room. Very good value for money. It's a few km out of the centre but there is tram stop directly opposite and it was only about 4.60zl to get a ticket to town. Some free parking available and the option to pay for secure underground parking. Small supermarket on the ground floor is useful. Breakfast had a reasonable choice with fresh coffee available.
Cons: Location away from the old town may not suit everyone but we were very happy to use the tram and enjoyed the experience.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Cleaness
Cons: A bit far from centre Most staff could only speak Polish
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Good location if you don't need to stay in the city center and want to travel with the car out of town. + tasty breakfast (varying every morning) + nice, friendly and helpful staff + clean rooms with balcony + restaurant, shop, drugstore on the ground floor in the building + quiet surroundings + good price
Cons: - a too soft bed (my subjective opinion)
8.3 Excellent
Cons: Miscommunications of shifts. I paid for my breakfast the night before. Waitress during breakfast said the desk said I didn't pay but then told me everything was ok. I wanted to use my credit card before check out and the machine was in error and said my card was blocked and I had to call the bank. Bank customer service talked with the reception and said my card should be valid. Front desk gave me directions to take tram 52 and bus 735. There was construction and caused me to be 45 minutes late for my appointment. I was told the front desk should have known to have suggested a taxi.
6.7 Good
Pros: Spacious
Cons: It was dirty and the cleaning lady yelled at me
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very tasty food in the restaurant Oregano - breakfasst and dinners, It is rather far from the centre of Krakow, but the communication is very good. It is 2 min walking from the hotel to the trams. The room was very clean, big enough and comfortable.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Kind and helpful staff Good decorations
Cons: Urine stain left on toilet seat from previous guests and smelled of urine when we checked in Internet did not work on our floor Trash left in our room from previous guests Toilet brush cover had stains on it Breakfast is overcrowded on weekends Shower was broken Phone to reception did not work Payment defaulted to a currency conversion without chance to book in preferred Indeterminate stains on wall decorations in bathroom When we complained about issues in our first room, they switched us to a room 20m2 smaller without any compensation Staff promised that management would call us, but they never did. If I could give this place a 0 then I would.

Pros: Room was very nice, breakfast superb one of the best omlettes ever and the location superb. Staff were great and couldn't have done more even letting us use the gym room to change for our late flight. Fantastic City and Superb hotel.
Cons: The only tiny issue was the cleaners started quite early and although the rooms were spotless the wheels on there trolleys should be softer rubber as you hear every tile join as they go down the corridor...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, very nice and very helpfull staff.
Cons: My understanding was that I was getting city view, but the view we got was at the other building, but it was not a big problem anyway.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location, accomodation and general comfort are excellent. I have stayed in 4 or 5 hotels in Krakow, and I am sure I will come back to this one on my future trips. Wifi works perfect. Breakfast is exceptionally good in a beautiful and trendy room, with friendly staff.
Cons: The hotel is located in a car-free part of the city centre. Hotel guests who come by car are allowed to drive to the hotel, but GPS directions stop about 500 m. earlier. It could be good to send some instructions and directions by email to guests who travel by car. Parking service however works very well !
9.6 Excellent
Cons: Omelet below par. Room decor was bland, but we spent little time there’
