Last minute. Your car rental call me , no minivan 7 seats For your reservations... dec 26 -2019 to 1-3-2020. I did no have this problem like this with any agency ... The gentleman who helped me was very friendly and helpful. His helpfulness is the reason for the good rating. The car was also great but he is what left an impression.Cons:
One of the employees had their personal belongings in the car being rented to me, which is both odd and made me feel uncomfortable in the middle of a pandemic. Luckily the nice gentleman who helped me understood my concern and cleaned the car for me.10.0 Wonderful

These reservations are a scam. They don’t have any trucks or cars. Call before you show up because in our case they didn’t have anything for us, or the other people who were waiting. There was a 10 person waiting list for cars that weren’t even there. Total bonanza.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
Everything was easy! I booked through Kayak, said it would be a Pathfinder or similar as I needed a 7 seater. Pick up was easy and the car/SUV was a 2020 GMC Acadia, which worked out perfect! There were 2 gentleman at the pick up location that were both friendly and helpful, got me in and out quickly. Drop off was equally easy. Thank you!Cons:

This was advertised as “on airport.” The airport shuttle was not for this location and I was told I’d need to take a cab. It’s 30min from LAX in traffic! I had to change my reservation while on the shuttle. Very stressful!2.0 Poor

1. Once the staff realized I was not going to use my own insurance and not purchase from them, they became rude 2. They charged me twice the reservation quote 3. During return, the staff charged me for fuel even though I filled up my tank only about a block away. I showed the receipt for filling up the tank and still had me walk into the office to get a refund for the amount they overcharged for fuelCalifornia Rent-A-Car
