Cons (-) The place just felt dirty. Floor was a little sticky. The place looked worn out. I arrived around midnight. No-one was at the desk but there was a sign saying will be right back. Went to the phone to call and it didn't work. The wash cloth (white) was kind of gray. Maybe something was wiped up with it washed and put back in service.
