I was all very well
It's a budget airfare for a reason. Don't expect much and hope you get to your destination and home on time and in one piece.
Great flight! Going through CBX was a no brainer but as long as you allow enough time to get through customs and it’s not during a busy time when multiple planes are leaving at the same time.
The price was excellent, but I'm not sure the cheaper fare was worth the stressful experience i tried unsuccessfully to call VivaAerobus from my hotel in Cabo, Mx. I tried 3 times, I was not able to reach a live representative. I wanted to upgrade to VIP, but could not do it. I arrived at the Cabo Aeroport and was in line to check in at 10:30 AM for my 1:30 PM flight #3155. Viva check-in personnel did not arrive until 11:30, and I did not check my bags until 11:00. I'm 75 years old, won't stand in line for 15 minutes at a crowded restaurant, so, standing in line for 1.5 hours was a bummer. My flight was delayed from 1:30 PM to 4:05. Viva employees were friendly and professional, the plane was good and the flight was very smooth. Naturally, I will tell my friends about the problems I had. James Pyle
To was delayed nearly 3 hours
Don't fly them. Stick with an Airline from America they can help you better and you gat a way better deal. And they don't nickel and dime you for everything. And there is ppl there to help you. My 1st and last time any Mexican Airline
1 hour delay, not reported anywhere
On Time it’s importan
Should have flight tracking info more easily displayed in cabin
For no obvious reason. Flight delayed 1 hour. Parked on tarmac. A lot of turbulence. Crew was nice. I really try not to use this airline overall.
Flight delayed for more than an hour. Boarding gate was changed. Boarding area was too crowded. There were not enough seats in the boarding lounge for passengers awaiting for the flight for hours.
Everything exelent
2 hours late they charge me for my 16kg luggage $125 dollars and also before that I pay $41 online for 15kg and they said I didn't pay
Departure Flight time kept changing. The only non-stop flight was at 8:45 pm. They need to provide at least one option of an earlier non-stop departure time for people that work the following day.
Delayed 2 hrs
Clean And on time
All good
I lost my luggage 😡
Easier access to the entertainment it didn’t work
I wouldn't recommend this airline they don't care about costumers
Terrible, will never fly again with them.
It sucks not being able to check in online. It just makes everything faster. Their policies sucks I will never consider again finding my flights on Kayac
Add. wifi
Peor
Uncomfortable generally. No leg space unless you pay for front seats and they usually get delayed between 30 - 60 mins, sometimes more. If you can find other options at a reasonable price, don't think twice.
Too many VIPs
Excellent 👍
They made us pay $20 for each carry on bag that we take for free on every other flight. The flight was 2 hours late. There was nothing free on the flight, no water, pretzels, nothing. It was a 2 hour flight and the crew sped through the cabin serving things that nobody bought. The Airbus 320 had absolutely no screens on the back of seats, no inflight entertainment or information. Bare bones service, not pleasant.
Canceled my original flight about 3 hours before hand
Great flight with a great crew. So cheap and yet so wonderfully fulfilling. Wish other airlines were this comfortable and well run.
On board VivaAerobus flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 55x40x20cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the VivaAerobus assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
VivaAerobus offers direct flights to 52 cities in 4 different countries. Mexico City, Cancún, and Monterrey are the most popular cities covered by VivaAerobus.
VivaAerobus concentrates most of its flight operations in Mexico City.
KAYAK is a travel search engine, meaning that we continuously look across the web to find the best deals for our users. With over 2 billion flight queries processed yearly, we are able to display a variety of prices and options on flights from all airlines, including VivaAerobus.
If you have decided to travel with Viva Aerobus, there are three primary classes for you to decide between, known as Viva Light, Viva Basic, and Viva Smart. While Viva Light offers standard services such as the ability to bring a carry-on bag, Viva Basic also includes the option of checking a small bag. If you select Viva Smart, you will have access to priority check-in, priority boarding, the option of checking a regular sized bag, and the ability to choose your seat before boarding.
Although this airline does not have any codeshare agreements with other companies, it is connected to the Irish airline named Ryanair. It was Ryanair that helped to found Viva Aerobus in 2006 with the Mexican bus company known as IAMSA, and the company RyanMex was eventually established as a way for Ryanair to invest in the airline.
Because this airline’s headquarters and primary base are located in Mexico, the majority of its flights are domestic and between large cities in the country. However, travelers can also use the airline to go to a few international destinations, with some examples including Costa Rica and the United States.
The company’s fleet is made up of over 35 aircraft, with each one of them being an Airbus. The Airbus A320-200 is by far the most commonly used plane, as it does well for medium-range domestic trips and can fit up to 180 passengers. For longer international flights, the airline generally uses the Airbus A321neo, a large option that fits approximately 240 passengers and is known for being spacious.
