How do you find your plane?
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Couldn’t find the plane. Went to Seaborne counter and they sent me to Vieques counter. No one at Vieques. Back and forth until 10 minutes before flight is scheduled to leave they tell me it has already left. Great coordination between air lines and great experience.

Horrible experience
Pros: Absolutely nothing
Cons: Employees where super rude flight was delayed and we weren't even informed never flying with this company again my first and absolute last time.

Fast and friendly service
Pros: Crew was friendly and the flight was fast and conviene. Simple boarding process. Flight is loud. Bring headsets or ear plugs if you're sensitive to loud noises.

Pros: Good help from the counter. Very courteous service at both arrival and departure destinations. Great customer service all the way around
