Cons:poor customer service. crew made a mistake between upgraded and business class passenger and blamed one of the passengers. UIA has very poor customer service standards and rude, unprofessional flight attendants.

Pros:Not only was our flight cancelled but they didn't provide proper information or rebook us on a connecting flight from Kiev to Odessa..we ended up having to pay for a 5.5 hour taxi ride..the worst flying experience EVER

Cons:plane was very old and dirty. food was not good. video and audio equipment were unacceptable for such a long flight

Cons:We bought tickets online via Kayak and there was not any notice that carriage of baggage is not included to tariff, so during check in they requested additional payment 30$ for 1 baggage.

Pros:Cost, friendly service. Exotic language, but all announcements repeated in English. The flight was on a B737-800, which is fairly new. The airport in Kyev seems to be run by a private corporation. There were not a lot of flights coming and going. It was like being in Toledo, OH, except for the language.
Cons:Wish we could have had more time in Kyev. There was no movies or music on the plane.
