Untrained, unprofession staff and management. They double charged us for our room and it took multiple calls and multiple hours to get it sorted. Customer service told me I didn’t know how to read my visa bill before they finally realized it was their error.

Stunning. Unique. Warm without being stuffy. Room was gorgeous and cozy & the main bar and restaurant exceeded themselves every time I sat there. All the restaurants in Toronto and I wanted to stay at hotel to enjoy their incredible menu at Constantine’s !
The construction across the street was loud in the mornings and right at 7am. Not their fault at all but it would have been a nice touch to have ear plugs available as a “we know it’s loud but it won’t be much longer” kinda touch.
