Cons: They do not necessarily seat minor children with their parents.
Much bigger fight to get them to seat families together, which should be standard practice in the age of COVID.
Below average legroom. Much less than in America and elsewhere.
Pros: crew followed covid-19 protocol very well
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Staff must friendly
Pros: Didn’t even get to go!
Cons: Them giving me a refund
Pros: Everything was very fast and efficient.
Pros: Comfortable seats, clean plane. On time.
Cons: The crew just sat in the back. They practically did nothing.
Recommend you offer pillows and blankets on night flights.
Pros: The professionalism of the airline crew.
Cons: Taking off on time. It was a bumpy lift off and a bumpy landing. Other than that the flight was good.
Pros: The flight was on time and efficient
Cons: The place was old and very dirty. There was no drink service.
Pros: Crew did not do much
Cons: More service. Free water
Cons: Boarding should improve. Other airports board Hot Seats first.
Cons: It costs more to check a bag than it does to book a ticket, this airline is a rip off
Pros: Fast and efficient.
Pros: afforadable fares
Cons: cleaner cabin. There was visible stains on the floor in front of my seats and I'm supposed to put my bag there.
Cons: Always the same problem - not enough leg room.
Cons: Nothing is free. You must pay for everything INCLUDING a glass of water.
Pros: Relatively inexpensive and on time.
Cons: Absolutely no customer support. No one to call or contact. In theory, they have a contact through Facebook but no one picks up. If you book through a major third party agency, you cannot log onto their system to make changes like add baggage. At the airport, they told me the only way to ask them is to come to the airport. How environmentally unfriendly and generally inconvenient. Especially in these days where such online services should be easy.
Not for tall people
Pros: Quick boarding procedure, good price
Cons: I am tall... 197cm... and my seat had so little leg room, I couldn't sit normally. All exit seats were free, the flight attendant told me they can't move me because you need to pay extra for those seats. I don't need to get anything for free, but I paid for my seat just like everybody else and it's very frustrating I was forced to spend my flight sitting not only uncomfortably, but also in an unsafe position in case any serious turbulence happened.
On time
Pros: Left on time, arrived on time!
Pros: Smiling srewardess
Cons: IF MY BAGGAGE WASNT LOST
Quick, Cheap & Excellent
Pros: No line check in, efficient, quick bag drop, check in, on-time departure, good safe flight with food & water ( extra $4 USD)
Cons: Leg room very cramped, but ok for a 90 minute flight. Hot Seats are better for $20 USD each extra.
Cons: On time
Pros: Not much
Cons: The check in, the ticket agent the service at baggage window the fact they over charge me for baggage the attitude and unwillingness to help or answer questions will never fly this airline again
Cons: Better customer service, very rude ground and in flight staff
Pros: It's a cheap flight and wasn't really suppose to nice and comfortable.
Cons: The delay was scary as I had a connecting flight. And they don't really communicate and let you know what's going on.
Pros: The crew was eventually accommodating. I am pregnant and asked if I could stretch out on the empty row behind us. However, it was an emergency row and no, we weren't allowed.
Eventually, they offered me a seat with an empty seat next to it. The other passenger in the row wasn't very happy with me sitting there. One of the stewards offered me the back row to stretch out. There was no one sitting there. I don't know why that wasn't one the first options. But I'm thankful that I was able to lay down and sleep.
Cons: The cabin is very crowded. No food or drinks are provided so be prepared to pay or bring your own.
Cons: On time. Free internet in flight. Good value for a low cost airline.
Pros: Cool signage and ads. Quick on and off boarding process
Cons: Seats way too small and uncomfortable, no in flight entertainment or plugs, charged for basic drinks, cash only, Seats too close to one another, seat belt not made for American bodies, took off late. Basically the spirit airlines for East Asia
Pros: Flying from Phuket was so easy, check-in quick and straightforward. I had chosen not to reserve our seats, and this time that meant that we were in the very back row, so had the pleasure of those in front of us in our laps, with no chance of reclining our own seats. It was a short flight, so no real damage was done.
Pros: From Check-in through Boarding and the flight it was like a dream, full flight even departed early.
Pros: Good boarding
Cons: Seat pitch it's very tight
Cons: Easy quick flight. Excellent boarding and flight also.
Cons: Excellent flight. No complaints, good boarding, friendly crew
Cons: Seats together.
Pros: At least they had a/c going
Cons: Very little leg room. No water offered.
Cons: Boarding
Pros: Left 5 minutes early
Cons: Seat a little hard
Cons: Worst airline ever
Cons: Very little leg room.
Cons: The flight was delayed, AFTER WE BOARDED, for 2 hours. No attempt was made to provide food or s reasonable explanation.
Pros: Seats were not comfortable nor were they worth any upgrades offered flight is cheap if only flying with carry on, not fit for a full vacation. All accessories will be charged. It is the spirit airline of Asia.
Pros: The crew was efficient and kind. They made the flight excellent
Cons: Not enough leg room in coach. I’m 180 cn
Pros: Crew were friendly, flight was on time
Cons: They forgot one of my meals.
Cons: O lie check in and support terrible
Pros: got front row seating due to being tall.
Cons: was surprised at the baggage charge, 1000 bth at check in
but if you do at booking it is 350 bth we were told at check in, kayak says it is $15.00.
ticket price was around $49
Flew this route less then a year ago and there was none of this.
had no option due to liquid in my bags
Cons: Not worth the price savings
Cons: Know that everything is charged in flight and the bag at check in , been traveling the same bag all over the world and I had to check in my backpack and extra high cost
Pros: It was cheap.
Cons: Everything else. It is a budget airlines. Don Muang airport is awful compared to BKK. Lines are so long for everything. Even getting food has long lines in hot conditions. It really is necessary to get to the airport a long time in advance. For frequent travelers this is not good.
Pros: This flight was on time
Pros: Crew are polite
Cons: No more delayed
Pros: Good quick smooth flight On time departure and arrival.
Cons: A bit more space. Knees were right up against seat in front of me.
Cons: Delay announced too late and no consideration for parents travelling with baby
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Pros: Seat was good .. the flight was not full
Pros: Punctuality.
Cons: Crew non smile.
Pros: i like how fast the immigration is at siem reap
Cons: Definite time of boarding we were 20-25 minutes late for departure
Pros: Everything was straightforward and easy
Pros: Good quick
Comfortable flight
Pros: Crew was excellent. Seats border on the awful. I am 6'2". My knees were almost touching my chest. And, the airline allows seats to recline. Seriously? Short flight however.
Cons: Boarding area at DMK was in a large area for gates 1-6. It was packed. Almost wall to wall people. No air conditioning. Blowers circulating hot air. Major thunderstorm delayed boarding for 1 1/2 hours. All flights. Chaos in the bordering area. Not fun.
As Thai AirAsia is a joint venture from two companies that are located in Malaysia and Thailand, the airline primarily services flights within these countries. However, the company has expanded its list of international destinations, with choices now including locations such as Australia, Japan, Oman, China, and South Korea.
This company is not a part of an airline organization and does not have codeshare agreements with other companies, but it is connected to several other airlines. For example, the airline was founded in 2003 by AirAsia and Thailand's Asia Aviation and these two organizations have retained their ownership of the company.
Thai AirAsia has a fleet that contains over 60 planes and is composed entirely of Airbus. Out of the several different types of aircraft that are used, the Airbus A320-200 is the most common, as it fits up to 180 passengers and is best for medium-range voyages. For longer voyages, the company will commonly use the Airbus A320neo, a choice that fits 186 passengers and has an impressive fuel capacity.
With Thai AirAsia, passengers are able to choose from four travel classes, which are Low Fare, Value Pack, Premium Flex, and Premium Flatbed. While Low Fare will provide you with a complimentary carry-on, Value Pack comes with a free checked bag, a complimentary meal, and access to the airline’s exclusive lounge while you are waiting for your flight. If you select Premium Flex, you will be given priority boarding and check-in, while Premium Flatbed comes with a seat that turns into a bed, a duvet, and pillows.
