Pros: We were concerned due to the poor reviews, but this flight was absolutely adequate for our needs. It was a very short flight with no food or beverage service. The check in and boarding process went smoothly despite some language barriers. The plane was small and the seating was slightly cramped.
Cons: Tame charged me because my ID number was not in reservation when checking in. I always fly this route and never had this issue.
I later spoke to another Tame agent and he said that he would have resolved without having to charge me. Poor customer service from Tame.

Cons: I was charged and extra 11.20 for 6 people for the passport numbers not being entered ahead of time. When the flight was booked there was not even a slot open for that information. When explaining that to the person at the counter she said, "well either you pay it or you dont board the plane."
Cons: The connection in NY was over 5 hours. No place to wait in the Aeroflot terminal. No lounge. No restaurants. No sympathy from Aeroflot. 3 hours in hard plastic chairs. Check in at least allowed us access to a nice waiting area.

Pros: Pilots did an excellent job. flight attendants were professional and helpful. pre flight help to get me and my backpack to the plane was excellent once they understood i could not carry anything. check in was prompt and excellent with the checkin helping to put my luggage on the weight machine.
Cons: Training people to be multilingual would help the customers. Tho I speak several languages, unfortunately Spanish is not one of them. So I had a difficult time explaining that i had been mowed down by an out of control bicyclist who sent me to the ER three times for severe trauma.

Pros: I liked that it was nonstop, but the time was terrible - 1:45am.
Cons: Everything took way too long and the flight was uncomfortable. Since it was an overnight flight, I was hoping to sleep. There was absolutely no sleep to bechad. The seats were tiny, they barely reclined, so getting into a comfortable position was impossible.. One child (about 4 or 5 years old) wouldn’t stop crying or talking loudly or playing some noisy game on her parent’s phone. The flight was jam-packed. Because I was feeling lousy - tired and irritated - I just couldn’t eat much breakfast. Not in the moi to eat eggs at 6am. It’s really too bad, since the flight was fantastic from Nee York to Quito.

1. Delays with no information as to how long or what was wrong.
2. The Tame agent just said listen to the intercom. The gate changed 3 times on June 21st flight.
3. No organization and no empathy for the passengers. Tame seems to feel because they gave us a voucher to eat breakfast for $12 it’s ok. It’s not ok.
4. We get to Quito and we have to stay in a hotel 30 min away from the airport. The hotel itself was fine. But it was in a very bad area. No stores around. We could not even buy a water bottle or soda.
5. We finally get to lima 1 day later and 1 day lost due to Tame, my suitcase was missing. All my personal items, clothes, etc were still in Ecuador. We were told tomorrow night the bag would arrive and it would be delivered to my residence in Peru. Nope. We received a phone call Sunday night at 1am from Tame. That they were on their way to the house. In about 1 hour. Tame never showed up that night. I lost sleep due to being up waiting for my luggage to arrive. It was ridiculous. The next afternoon I went to the airport to pick up my luggage and Tame was closed because they only work night hours and certain days. So, I could not use get my bags once again. I will never book with Tame again and would like my money back from them.

Cons: I have never been on such an uncomfortable airplane. The seats were outrageously uncomfortable. It was like sitting on worn out cardboard for 6 hours. The plane was filthy. It was incredibly hot. I was really stunned at how horrible it was. The plane was a leftover from the late 80's, no exaggeration. And the planes from the 80's were better. They at least had a movie, drink service, were clean, and the seats were more comfortable.

Cons: Airplane was not week kept inside. Dirty with stains, really old seats. Looks kind of bad. Entertainment system completely useless and not at par with our current world. Even the route information had wrong labels. But the flight in itself was just like any other.

Cons: The registration and boarding is an absolute mess.First, the agent tells us we can check in as early as 9 pm when we come at 9:30 pm the counters are empty and not a single agent shows up until 10:30 pm. By that time the line to the counter is across half the terminal. The special line for the disabled was ignored for an extra half hour. When boarding is announced they say they will board by row, but then no announcements on rows boarding are made so the boarding process is a mess too. The plane is old, dingy and stinky. Individual lights are not working. When I mention to the flight attendant that I think something smells like burning, she just walks past me without even giving it a second thought stating "no, it does not".. Just a truly mediocre quality with nobody caring.

Upgraded to Business Class
Pros: There was a problem when we tried to check in at the TAME counter in Lima, Peru. They were able to resolve the problem and upgraded our seats to business class seats. Now THAT's the way to fly.

There is NO entertainment on either flight and it’s a six hour flight, you can’t order a special meal, I wasn’t asked if I wanted a beverage until four and a half hours into the flight, there are no outlets to charge your electronic device, the bathroom smelled like urine that turned into ammonia due to a lack of thorough cleaning. SO GROSS

Pros: I booked this through the notoriously sketchy Flight Network website and did find it expensive (although cheaper than Google Flights etc). Turned out I was in 1st class for my first flight. Had no indication of this upon booking, but hey it was great!
