Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially for its proximity to the Gemelli hospital and train station, making it convenient for travelers. The staff received high marks for their friendliness and helpfulness, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Cleanliness was another highlight, with many guests noting well-maintained rooms and facilities. Breakfast was frequently mentioned as a positive, with several guests enjoying the variety and quality. However, some reviews pointed out issues with value for price, especially during peak periods, and a few mentioned dated furnishings or minor maintenance concerns. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, making the hotel a popular choice for visitors to the area.
