5.4 Okay
Pros: Hotel personal in our check in was friendly. We've got offered a drink while waiting to do the check in.
Cons: We had to wait more than 40 min to check in- there was only one small group of 4 people before us. Fortunatelly they offered a small drink, for the wait. But that was the only nice experience during the stay. Hotel charged us 200€ for the accident - their explanation was- we dont know how much it will cost. Why not send the invoice after to us, when they know the cost. When we cheked out, the personal wahted to double charge me. I had to prove my previous payment- it made me feel very uncomfortable. The rooms are very small, ceilings very low. Airconditioning in the room made very strange noice. No-one asked how was our stay when we checked out. Room service for breakfast- you have to fill 2 breakfast cards, and they charge you Double money for service. even if you stay together in the same room. Looks like they are only money oriented. I travel a lot and always in 5* hotels, and this one was the most disappointing experience.
7.9 Good
Cons: We came in just after 11pm and wanted to have a Glass of wine. We were told ”We don’t serve anything after 11” by a member of staff, rushing by. No excuses or anyting nice said being said.

Pros: The location was perfect, the staff terrific and the breakfast delicious. Very pretty lobby and restaurants, too. And loved the sauna.

Pros: Got upgraded to Presidential Suite. Faboulous room and experience. Also the dinner at the garden restaurant was excellent.
Cons: Not for people with limited mobility
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely luxury hotel
Cons: Our room was a garden room. This was a major exaggeration. It had one window that looked out onto the serving area for waiters working the garden/patio area then a wall. None of the ‘garden’ rooms were any better from that point of view. Also very compact.
10.0 Excellent

Pros: Wery beautiful Hotel and good breakfast
Cons: Wery good Hotel
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Charming and cozy, nice rooms (albeit entry rooms are on the smaller side), nice and convenient locations just outside of the old city. Great staff in general, and good pre-stay communication with the hotel. Nice breakfast!
Cons: We had two and rooms and clear instructions where to put the child bed - yet they messed that up. Parking arrangement & logistics agreement is kind of cumbersome and expensive (25eur/night as special price) = not recommending. As we were taking ferry to Helsinki and back, we asked where it is cheaper to park the car - the advise given was saying it will be same price - in reality parking at the ferry port was 3x times cheaper & no complications.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The bed and breakfast were great. The spa relaxing. Steam sauna good! Staff excellent.
Cons: Traffic noise from the street disturbed at night.

Pros: The location in Old Town is perfect. The building has great character.
Cons: The front desk staff were friendly, but sometimes not very helpful. For example, I asked for help with a restaurant reservation, and he just gave up. The rooms are charming but cramped. The bathrooms are small.
7.9 Good
Pros: I liked the ambiance of the place. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good! Location is perfect; in the old town but in that part of the town where there are no noisy bars.
Cons: There was a issue with tab water; only boiling hot water was coming out of the pipes and therefore we couldn’t take a shower before going to sleep. Tab water was not drinkable. Also minibar was not working, all drinks in there were warm.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Historic building, full of atmosphere. Excellent location and very friendly and helpful staff.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Hours of operations of restaurant needs to be expanded...
6.3 Good
Pros: Lobby has just been renovated and is fresh and comfy!
Cons: launched in 2006 it has marks of being tired in many places: corridors and rooms get no this used hotel smell, despite of frangrance aroma. BREAKFAST: is way below same level hotels: selection became heavy food oriented and some basic typical meals are not available ( only smoked salmon, no salted); porridge was clearly over-boiled and felt like mouse; fresh juice was charged 5eur extra per glass (in 5*hotel!); no prossecco or sparkling wine offered on Sunday breakfast; staff is not smiling and dressed as if they were picked from the random bus-stop below - shirts much larger than waiter, trousers in random color and style (that was not a uniform) and one guys' shoes were physically with holes on the side. Sorry, can't tolerate this. SPA: used to offer bottle of water after treatment, but not anymore (cost saving?) at check in you get "spa is open from 7 in the morning etc" and same is said on cards, but when you get to spa you are welcomed with sign "spa on Sunday is open 9-..." Seriously? SPA not open on sunday morning? ROOM: conditioning system is way to noisy and controls do not allow you to set temperature - you get adjusting ring with no degrees indication for desired temperature. PARKING: does not belong to hotel and is operated by parking company, however directly near entrance to elevator you are greeted by garbage that is falling out from trash bin as parking company is not cleaning it whet it is time, but when they think it is OK. Very unpleasant surprise (incl. smell and visuals).
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was up to 5 star rank I liked their room-service Cheeseburger Very nice spa & swimming pool
Cons: There was a coffee machine issue Entrance door was flaking a bit. The other hotel is blocking view on old town. Otherwise true 5 star experience

Pros: Location excellent - very easy to walk into the old town
Cons: Swimming pool use wasn't available unless you paid extra and we just assumed it was included
8.3 Excellent

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Pillows and bed
Cons: I have stayed at the hotel dozen of times, my colleagues was their first time, I booked all rooms, they got upgraded but not me!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great views
Cons: The shower was hard to change to hand held and Water leaked through the door all over the bathroom floor. All the mirrors were very disconcerting. I couldn’t work the air con, it remained 22 all the time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place was super clean and confutable. The staff was super nice. We where very happy the time we stayed there
7.9 Good
Pros: The view was spectacular. Beds and cushions very comfortable, size of room excellent and proximity to tram and shopping centre most convenient.
Cons: Breakfast mediocre in quality. Bathroom mirrored door created an optical illusion that made it dangerous as one tended to walk into the wall.

Cons: After turning off the lights they kept making noise. Nobody answered the phone. TV poor channel selection and no movies. No soap to wash hands. Not able to go under rain shower as it was too close to wall. No bathrobes.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Swimming pool and spa are well equipped and easy access. (Steam sauna temperature was too hot.)
Cons: At night, not many staff are available for guest requests. I called several times for an extra blanket but no one pick up phone. Then, I had to go to the front desk to request it. Since there was only one staff, my blanket arrived 20 min. later.

Pros: we got upgraded for some reason to a suite. Staff very friendly And spoke excellent English. Wonderful breakfast and excellent restaurant. Great location. Would go again.
Cons: There is a very late night night club across the street and there was street noise all night but only a problem if you left your windows open. We slept fine.
7.1 Good
Pros: The location in old town is nice, the room is more or less comfy (for me the ambiance what I was Hopi g was missing), breakfast is ok.
Cons: The location is in front of Hollywood nightclub, this means no sleep during the morning hours when people leave the club. In suite one would expect to have shower and bath separately. But only bath - dont book the room if you dont feel comfortable climbing when wet and slippery. And also one big towel/person?
7.9 Good
Cons: A little "old fashioned"
5.4 Okay
Pros: Nice hotel for old people. For their 2nd spring. Location best. place for good sleep.
Cons: stayed 4 days. I am 40 i think i am the youngest guest.During breakfast, the ladies who serve were also so old. I was thinhking to serve them:). There is no elevator to 6th floor. 8.8 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location by the town hall although I imagine it could be quite noisy at the weekend. All the facilities you could possibly need and spotlessly clean.
Cons: Mattress desperately needs replacing, had to sleep on the sofa in the end.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect, on one side of Town Hall Square. The apartment was fully equipped, it also has a sauna.
Cons: It was a little fuss to fetch the keys and we had to pay late check-in fee, but otherwise everything was perfect.

Pros: n/a
Cons: everything was fine
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Picked up the key at a separate location - staff was very friendly and informative. Apartment had a full kitchen and we were able to prepare breakfasts and keep drinks and snacks in the refrigerator. Having a washing machine was an extra bonus. Location was fantastic, only steps from the main town square. Apartment was on the second floor so no elevator required.
Cons: The "pull-out" bed in the living room was not very comfortable and not intuitive to operate. The shower towels were a bit skimpy, and there was no mat for the bathroom floor for getting out of the shower. We ended up washing up the plates and glasses rather than running the dishwasher, but there were no dish towels so we had to go buy some.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: breakfast not included location rxcellent

Pros: Apartment is quite new and clean. Drop off key in mailbox during check out.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Location is tremendous, and best restaurant in Tallinn is right across the street.
Cons: Overrated. Check-in process was awful; furniture is aging: a huge splinter wedged into a finger at a slight touch. The blackout curtains didn't actually keep the light from flooding the room at 6am. The bathroom had hairballs + other remnants remaining, along with a prior guest's hair on the sheets.

Pros: The location is perfect - an easy walk up to Toompea Hill and the best lookouts of town. It’s also right down from the main square, yet is set in a quiet location (at least during the week...we did notice clubs across the street so I don’t know about weekends.) The staff was friendly and accommodating. We showed up very early because of the ferry from Helsinki and they allowed us to check in with no additional fee. The room was quite large and comfortable.
Cons: I can’t think of anything.

6.3 Good
Pros: The staff is friendly and the breakfast is not bad.
Cons: The hotel is next to Tallinn's biggest nightclub and sleeping here feels like having a bass drum under your bed. On check-out I noticed they sell a separate "sleep well" guarantee - buy that. Or just go to another 4-star hotel that actually has quiet rooms as default.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This was a centrally located hotel but despite that, and the large volume of tourists in town, our room was very quiet dnd very comfortable. The air conditioner was a godsend.
Cons: Unfortunately for us the spa facilities were out of action!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location was excellent , within easy reach of everything in the old town. It was just inside the edge of the old town which made it really easy for the taxi to drop us off. Great shower, fridge and safe in the room, very comfortable bed and lots of light in a generous sized room. Breakfast was good but best to go early as it gets crowded
9.2 Excellent
Pros: not satisfied with the breakfast

4.6 Okay
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Not normal personal

Pros: Excellent location in the city, the hostel is very clean even with people coming and going at all hours. The staff were very helpful and a general delight. Would stay again.
Cons: The showers and toilets are through reception.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff !!! Excellent . Very friendly !
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I've been at Red Emperor for 2 nights and everything was really fine. I had a long delay with my flight but there was no problem with my check in because they have 24/7 reception. The staff was really nice and helpful and everything was clean. I've been at the hostel only for sleeping and getting ready and I've always seen people cleaning. It's really recommended. A plus is the nice bar next to the hostel (not a problem for the nois, rooms are not noisy) which is really good and cheap. The position is good, less than 10 mins by walking from one of the main street.
7.9 Good
Pros: - made a reservation for the 8 bed room but got into a 4 bed room - cozy common area - a lot of showers - perfect location (20 min walk to the ferry terminal, 2 min walk to the city centre, 2 min walk to the tram to the bus station) - a supermarket right in front of the hostel
Cons: - it can be a bit noisy if you have the window open and there are guests from the bar in the yard - toilets were clogged regularly
7.5 Good
Pros: The location was great, close to public transport (20 mins from airport). Staff were awesome! Super helpful and friendly, had a blast!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice crew, awesome place. The common room is great, and the people and parties there even better... Unbelievably comfortable bed ;)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are super lovely here. Great communal area. Lots of laughs
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is great, the people there are really friendly, the bathroom is clean and modern. Will definitely come again.
Cons: The room was a bit noisy with open windows because of the presence of a bar next to the hostel. No problem with closed windows.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great room, clean, quiet plus great location for us coming from the Le Coq Stadium. Plus pretty good breakfast.
Cons: This hotel was perfect. A small thing was that my bathtub stopper was stuck, so water stayed whole night in the tub, shower in full bath in the morning, but they will fix it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: staff - very helpful location - 15 minute walk along a straight main road to the old town parking - available breakfast - wide range of hot and cold foods and other meals also available room - spacious and clean
Cons: choice of bread could have been better
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff was really friendly and the room was beautiful!
Cons: I did not like the breakfast very much! The eggs were cold and not every food had a sign what it was.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic room with lounge and bedroom sections. Nice breakfast. Quite close to city centre with buses passing the hotel if you dont want to walk. Easy car parking.
Cons: Staff were quite reserved.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good location (better than I was expected) - hotel located just a 10-15 minute walk from the Old Town. The room was quiet, no noise from the neighboring rooms and not even from the street (since the hotel is located next the street, I was most worried about the latter). It was raining and the hotel kindly lent me an umbrella for a walk in the Old Town (Thank you!). There was a small rubber duck next to the free toiletries in the bathroom - it is likely to bring a smile to many who'll stay here :) The window in the living room did not open ("closed for security"), but the good thing is that the air conditioning is here and it is quite effective (albeit not very quiet). Comfy beds!
Cons: Parking is cost 15€ per day, and although it's not the most expensive parking compared to other hotels in Tallinn, it's still a minus (since some hotels provide free parking. Come on, here's a four-star hotel, right?). One of the two employees in the reception department seemed a little arrogant. Even though he seemed to do whatever was dependent on him (except he didn't mention where the elevator was and directed me to climb the stairs to the 4th floor) and used all the polite phrases, there was some wrong impression left.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Cons: N/A
7.5 Good
Pros: The bed was comfortable and room spacious. Both service and breakfast were fine but quite basic.
Cons: Room didn't look like the one in pictures. It had some unpleasant smell (not really strong though) and was a bit worn out. The noice from the street was quite loud.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: A nice restaurant, good breakfast, cosy room.
Cons: -
8.8 Excellent
Cons: too many guests at a time during breakfast
7.5 Good
Pros: It was a nice standard hotel. Nothing spectacular, but nothing was wrong either. Same goes with the breakfast, it was totally OK, but nothing to remember.
Cons: Shower was really weird, never figured out how does it work. And don't forget the jacuzzi, it was really freaking loud!

5.4 Okay
Pros: Breakfast choice was good The personnel was helpful, ordered cab and prepared early breakfast upon request
Cons: The location is quite far from the city centre and close to a main road which makes the room noisy, but this was the least of our problems. The rooms were tiny - which we expected as the description said small rooms - but the bed was even smaller and very uncomfortable for two people, with mattress sagging in the middle... We stayed two nights, not much sleep. Breakfast choice was good, but there was a large company of people having breakfast and the place was not prepared to serve that many people at once. The room was full and crowded, so all other guests (not with the company) were made to sit at a separate room apparently used for conferences with large oval table arrangement... All in all, not what you expect for the price, I would not recommend the hotel for even a short stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Apartment, surroundings and breakfast were great. No complains.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great. Good parking place.
Cons: Everything was great. A bit noisy from the street, but it was still ok.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice and cozy hotel, especially suitable for attending concerts in Tallin song festival grounds.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Rooms good bed comfortable breakfast great also easy to get too By bus from centre
Cons: Bike hire was 5 euro per day , we only wanted for one hour so wasn't much good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious apartment, with all necessary amenities and utensils
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast, enough space for parking large car. Reception service was excellent.
Cons: Some noise from the near street during middle of the night. Room was quite small and no space for using laptop.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast is great and the bed is really comfortable.
Cons: Internet signal is weak. The other problem is for example the floor and shower is not clean enough. You can see the flying dust in the air so the hotel should improve in this sense.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast. If you are attending event or concert very close to arena.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: It was ok
Cons: Nice area

7.5 Good
Pros: Location was excellent. Great breakfast and the spa, sauna and massage were very good. We booked a standard double room rather than a spa zen room with jacuzzi because we planned to use the spa facilities. We were disappointed that our room was rather small. The bathroom area in particular was very cramped. The rest of the hotel was very nice with lovely sunny outside courtyard area. The staff were very helpful but did not appear very friendly. Perhaps this was due to language difficulties?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location well appointed
7.9 Good
Pros: Lovely old hotel. 5 mins walk to old town and to train station. Lots of maps and tourist guides.
Cons: Air con wasn't very good so room was far too warm at night. 5 euro for the bottle of water in the room. Breakfast was ok but a little limited.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location, just outside city gates, about a 10 minute walk into the centre of Old Town (slightly uphill). Very helpful front desk staff (flight check in, taxis etc). Really wonderful breakfast. Rooms are slightly small, bathrooms small but location more than makes up for that. The weather kept us away from the interior courtyard - in better weather it would be great to have a glass of wine there. Despite being on a busy street, rooms are quiet.
Cons: Bathrooms a little small, but well equipped.
6.3 Good
Pros: The Location was ok.
Cons: The service at the Bar was really slow and lousy. WE waited for our drinks for 20 minutes and my husband said about this 2 times at reception, but nothing happened. Reception service was not very friendly and the breakfast room was noisy and there was shortage of everything (food).
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Really comfortable and good size of room (zen deluxe). Spa area was great. Good location on the other side of old town. Staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast good and tasty.
Cons: On breakfast some products were not available. But when asking they brought more.
6.7 Good
Pros: Nice location, between old town and hip area
Cons: Room was not as in photos - room was dark and small. Bed was very soft - not comfortable.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is almost hidden behind the old town walls but actually within walking distance from city center. The hotel is stylish, clean and well kept. In summertime the garden restaurant is really nice. Quality of breakfast was a positive surprise.
Cons: Everything was good
8.3 Excellent
Pros: awesome breakfast
Cons: no free water provided
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Position, breakfast, staff.
Cons: Room on arrival had some problems, we spoke to receptionist who sorted us into another room.
Solo Sokos Hotel Estoria - Tallinn - Building

Solo Sokos Hotel Estoria is in the heart of Tallinn, within a 5-minute walk of Rusian Cultural Center and Tammsaare Park. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a computer station, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. This hotel has 4 meeting rooms available for events.
6.3 Good
Cons: Restaurant Amarillo telling me that their policy is not to serve water to their patrons. You must buy water. Amazing. No wash cloths in room. Reason given was that Estonians don't use them. I fell off the bed because of moving mini mattress. No shampoo in shower dispenser. Woman came into the room despite do not disturb sign. Came late to join my daughter at breakfast. Surrounded by 3 young ladies demanding my key while I was pointing out that my daughter was eating a nearby table and had got a plate of food for me.
7.9 Good
Pros: All is OK.
Cons: All is OK.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very good location, comfort beds, interesting rooms with photos.
Cons: Elevators are slow.
7.9 Good
Pros: The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in
7.9 Good
Pros: The room decor and location
Cons: Queing up for breakfast. Can be a bit more organised and have more vegetarian options
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I love the location of the hotel
Cons: Conditioning system. I would prefer I could regulate it (at the moment it is recommended by the hotel management to use automatic mode for conditionining). It does not work when guest is out of room, so when weather is hot rooms are heated with the sun and it takes around one hour to get normal temprature.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed, tea coffee etc. all provided.
Cons: Having the 2 hotels in the same building was confusing, it is an experience we have never experienced before. We ended up having what we realized later was the Viru breakfast rather than the Estoria breakfast not realising there was another breakfast room.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Perfectly located right next to old town, bars and restaurants, everyone’s English was superb, which as non Estonian speaking person made the stay that much easier and enjoyable. A walk up to the top of old town in the morning clears a hang over
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Well equipped and a very good bed with nice design
Cons: Breakfast Buffet could be enriched... Coffee is not according to European standard, rather Finnish... :-(

7.1 Good
Pros: It was well situated, bed was really comfortable.
Cons: The breakfast at 17 euro is way overpriced, selection was ok but the food itself was below par. I suggest eating at one of the many local restaurants for breakfast.
6.7 Good
Pros: Location Room size Taxis right at the door Free extension to 2 pm
Cons: 1- staff don’t smile at all!! It’s free to smile! To be honest it wasn’t only this hotel. everyone I met in Tallin and Finland is pretty much the same. I guess it’s a Nordic culture to frown in the face of visiting foreigners. Very welcoming! 2- house keeping might as well change their name to: bed making staff, because that’s literally all what they did! A dirty pepsi glass sat on my desk for 4 nights!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed , room and the breakfast is perfect
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent and pool and sauna facilities are very good, views are great from the pool deck.

Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Hotel is located very close to Old town (city center) and not far away from ferry dock.
Cons: Receptionists and service guys were not quite friendly. We were not permitted to take breakfast in the room when feeling unwell int the morning - service did not care.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very good location, comfortable newly renovated hotel and an amazing water park - it is was never crowded, it is such a treat to enjoy water slides without any queues :)
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very nice welcoming, professional and helpful staff; great pool and spa area, modern gym. Modern and clean rooms with soundproof windows and comfortable beds and pillows. Quick maid service, daily towel change. Varied and rich breakfast buffet with a lot of fresh ingredients, reasonably priced evening buffet. Minibar prices are moderate. 5 minute walk to the center of the old town, 15 minute walk to the ferry harbor (great for a day trip to Helsinki), public transport nearby.
Cons: The cheaper room category feels a little too small for two people. Bathroom could have been cleaner when we arrived; rather superficial daily bathroom cleaning (if at all). Part of the breakfast buffet seems to be ready made stuff that does not taste like much (scrambled eggs, kasha, sausages).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Was very comfortable. Loved the rooms. The water park was fun. Good location.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was fabulous with a great choice of food. The swimming facilities were great, accessible at all the times we wanted and free! The room was neat, clean and cosy. Staff were all friendly and helpful.
Cons: Not a lot really!
7.5 Good
Pros: Location is great, directly in old city centre, every thing in walking distance. Breakfast has a great variety.
Cons: Not overly clean. There was dust on shelf above the bed and some hairs on the shelf in the bathroom.
8.3 Excellent
Cons: No hot water
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Ideal location right by the old town wall and 3 minutes away on foot to the Viru Gate. Spa center that is included into the room price looks like an olympic pool with a huge 50m swimming pool, 4 slides, small "river" pool, kids pool and several relaxing pools with 35C water temperature. Couldn't think of any better SPA options. Breakfast is delicious and offers all that is needed in the morning even for kids - 2 types of porridge, different types of boiled eggs, meat balls, sausages, omelet, vegetables, cottage cheese, various jams, toasts, 2 fish options, herring salad, different fruits, several options of yogurt, croissants and a lot more. The standard room is, I would say, common, it is big enough, equipped with very comfortable bed and pillows, TV, free tea and coffee, all is standard. The wifi is good enough to watch online movies.
Cons: Not enough hangers in the bathroom – it is a SPA hotel and therefore a bit strange that the room for a family with 2 kids has only one small rail in the bathroom and no other places to hang wet swimsuits, wet and dry towels for 4 people.
9.6 Excellent
Cons: The toilet paper was less then 1 layer it tore my rectum apart many times. There was blood, every time. Please let them now.
6.7 Good
Pros: Breakfast was fine. Location excellent.
Cons: I tried to communicate via email prior to my departure from Malta and didn't receive even an acknowledgment. With regards to facilities the hotel's info refers to the pool, BUT it doesn't say that you have to pay extra for using the pool. I don't pretend that hotel guests have to pay extra.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: - a big, nice, well equipped family room with everything a family needs: also a microwave and baby shampoos. Welcoming gifts for kids - situated almost in a shopping center
Cons: - under the bed were things from previous customer, by the window a dirty cup... - bathroom would maybe need an update - breakfast good but totally crowded: it was hard to find a place to sit down, although the room was huge
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Old style Smell in corridor
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed a perfect location and a beautiful city view. Also there was a breakfast which met all standards. A great place to stay!
9.2 Excellent

5.8 Okay
Pros: Bed was nice and comfy. Security staff was helpful inspite of language barrier. Breakfast was decent. Location was the best part...very central...easy access to public transport and tourist spots like Old Town
Cons: Cleaning was not upto the mark. The drains of the bath tub and wash basin were clogged. Toilet needs renovation..still stuck in the 70s. Corridor smells One of the housekeeping staff was extremely rude.

Featured amenities include a computer station, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. This hotel has 4 meeting rooms available for events. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice location, friendly staff. Good internet.
Cons: The restaurant that clearly showed openings hours til 23.00 did not serve food at 20.00 for no obvious reason. The shower needs a kind of upgrade to stop it falling down all the time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very modern and very clean hotel. Good breakfast. Very good location, 10 min walk to Old Town.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location and good value for the money.
Cons: Very hot in the rooms, No AC.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The Metropolitan Hotel is very conveniently situated outside the city walls, within walking distance of the major attractions as well as shopping centers and nice restaurants. It has a modern feel to it and has most of the amenities that you would expect it to have given its category. The junior suite is very comfortable for families and spacious enough with small kids. The bathroom also is nice, although the shower is basically in the dark due to an odd curtain choice. It seems that the bathrooms have not been renovated while the rest of the room has been updated. We also appreciated that there was plenty of closet space.
Cons: The breakfast is sub-standard: the cofee is undrinkable, the juices are just a strange mix of sirup and water, and a lot of standard things are missing. In addition, the restaurant in which breakfast is served has terrible acoustics - the rooms is extremely noisy and not very inviting. Given that there are nice cafés nearby, I would not pay extra for this breakfast again. The junior suite is very nice, but we had to specifically ask for a kettle - this seems to me the kind of item you expect to simply be there (particularly if staff knows that you are traveling with a baby). The cleaning ladies only speak Russian, so communication is impossible unless you speak the language. The receptionists are courteous, but you are not to expect a very warm and friendly welcome.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I may say that that breakfast exceeded "Value for money breakfast ". Superb food ,service and atmosphere at URBAN Restaurant / Bar. ( Two Dinners).
Cons: Unsatisfactory Lighting at bathroom specially within shower tub due to the very dark colour of shower curtain. This is only a comment not a complaint.
5.4 Okay
Cons: Room has no window!?!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The food was very delicious, the menu was different every morning while I stayed there. The staff was attentive and very kind. I would love to come back again!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room was huge and comfortable. The breakfast was really good.
Cons: There is no kettle, so when it’s cold weather, it would be better if they have one.
6.7 Good
Pros: Location was great
Cons: Rooms and corridors were dated.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I loved the central position of this location together with the quality of services received.
Cons: I would like to see a proper shower cabinet instead of a curtain. In addition, the hotel does not have the AC and in a few weeks where the temperature increases the room becomes really hot.
7.9 Good
Pros: The location is quite nice and you just need 5 minutes to walk to the city center. The breakfast is very nice and very diverse.
Cons: The room is big enough but the decoration is kind of old. There are not so many power socket available so if you want to charge your devices, it may not be so easy.
