Overall, guests praised the hotel's convenient location near public transport, friendly and helpful staff, and clean, modern rooms, especially after recent renovations. However, many reviews highlighted significant negatives, including ongoing construction causing noise and dust, malfunctioning amenities such as air conditioning and elevators, and issues with room cleanliness and supplies in some cases.
