Convenience at Paddington Station, Heathrow Express, and London Underground.
No swimming pool and not any very good restaurants within walking distance of hotel.
Location and Staff Excellent
The location was perfect for travel to the airport and access to the underground. Could not be better. Staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable.
Good location but AC is virtually non-existing
If you want to have a fast access to the Heathrow and the city, this is the best location. The Paddington station is its backyard. It takes 15 minutes to LHR through Heathrow express and to other places within London through the tube.
You should avoid staying there for any days above 70F. The AC in the room is virtually non-existing. I put the fan speed at high and temperature dial to the maximum (- side). Yet I still have to open the window in a rainy 60+F day to get the breeze in. So avoid it in Summer.
Position is great, breakfast was good
Aircon was leaking continuously in the room No answer after 5 attempts to phone reception
Pleasantly surprisedchpse because coming into and going out of Padding
Location Friendly and helpful staff Breakfast included Quick service when my in room safe didn't open and I Had a train to catch
Long breakfast line but handled efficiently.
Breakfast was excellent.
Waiting for room availability during check-in without an approximate time when room would/could be ready.
I expect the level of quality when I come to a Hilton hotel. I am pleased that this hotel lived up to that standard. It's a great location especially if you are coming from or going to Heathrow airport.
I booked my stay not directly through Hilton and as a result, I did not get Hilton honors points. If you allow a non-Hilton company to offer your product you should also offer everything that goes with it.
Very little for $300 Dollars
Convenient location and can enter from Paddington Station. Good for a quick 24 hour visit. Staff was very friendly.
Rooms are dated and no blow dryer in the bathroom.
The comfortable room and the quiet.
The long elevator queues.
Great location. .worth the money?
Service, room, gym all fine but for the price you are paying for location.
Convenient to Heathrow while still being in London but super expensive. Tea for two at the hotel was 32 pounds ($50) and they gave us one pot of tea, one scone, 3 tea sandwiches, and four tiny pastries. When we asked for more tea they just put more hot water in our tea pot. We finally complained when we saw that a couple next to us got two scones, but we had to go thru the manager and our meal was over by then and we were full from drinking hot water. We knew we would pay a premium by having tea at the hotel but we were tired from our travels and were disappointed that the staff was so inattentive.
