Jackson hotels near Jackson Hole Historical Society and Museum

Cons: Roof top hot tub not working and still charged a daily resort fee.

Cons: We stayed in Jackson at another hotel earlier in the week before our reservation at the Wort. We happened to eat at the grill restaurant in the hotel and the service was awful. Our server took our appetizer before we were finished and tried to take a half full drink of mine away. We didn't receive our entrees until an hour after we were seated with a 35 minute wait between the appetizer being taken away and the entree appearing. When we asked if our food was coming the staff was unhelpful though our food appeared shortly thereafter. I have no problem with a kitchen running behind or an order being forgotten, but it is not okay to not acknowledge the issue. They took 20% off our bill but given that the food was mediocre at best, we left very dissatisfied. We plan to come back to Jackson Hole but will not be returning to eat at the hotel, nor would we reccomend it.

Cons: It was clean, for the most part, but we did have a rat in the walls and ceiling of our room that kept scurrying around at night and woke us up a few times.

Cons: Parking was tight but we were in our new truck traveling from Idaho so it is a full size Ram 2500, she's a beast and can be hard to park anyways

Cons: Exorbitant price for a Hampton Inn - more than double what I had paid elsewhere. When I made the reservation, because of the price, I wrongfully assumed it would be something special. I was wrong. The room was small and cramped - smaller than any Hampton Inn room I had ever stayed in. Plus, after I arrived, I was told that I wouldn't receive Hilton Honors points because of how I booked the hotel.

Cons: Being given handicapped room with uncomfortable mattress instead of regular room. Not much willingness from staff when questioned why.

Cons: I thought it was pricey for a Hampton Inn. The only problem I had with the room was the heavy curtains only covered the edges of the window so when the sun came up there was no sleeping in.

Cons: Thirteen dollar well gin Martini's, slamming doors late at night,etc.

Cons: The location wasn't bad but required a short drive to get to town or skiing.

Cons: Breakfast eggs the same every morning. we really spent very little time at the hotel

Cons: The breakfast was good, but would have been better to include more variety in the daily menu. I didn't think the pool was that great - it was not aesthetically appealing. For the price they charge per night, they could spruce up the pool area to be more comfortable and luxurious. It's probably fine for kids but didn't look like something most adults would want to go into.

Cons: The bed was very uncomfortable. When I laid down, I could feel the springs of the mattress.

Cons: It is well kept but and older design. They bathroom is small compared to current designs. Everything worked fine, just cramped.

Cons: The rooms, beds, amenities, etc are old and not well kept. The service is very poor.

Cons: The heat/ac was ridiculously noisy. It woke me evey time it kicked on. Also there was a loud party going on in the parking lot for hours. I would not stay at Snow King again.

Cons: Not sure why I was charged a resort fee with a pool and gym, which are included in most hotels.

Cons: There was no TV Guide in the room and the front desk seemed a bit put out by that request. Once provided, it had several errors which was a bit disconcerting. Also, when asked by website to log in, I was charged $10 more per night. That's DIRTY POOL.

Cons: My husband and I got no sleep. We could hear everything in the other rooms... even other peoples cell phones dining. We were on the 4th floor and could hear the elevator beep every time someone got one which happened all night long. I need my sleep so we will not be returning to this Hotel.

Cons: Just when we though this was a perfect hotel... at the moment my wife was going to take a shower we notice the tiles on the bath tub had mold, to be honest the whole bathroom did not look that clean, we stayed two nights but we only took a shower ONCE.

Cons: Terrible showers. $37/day “resort fee” which was basically for the pool, in room coffee, etc that you get at most low budget hotels. Rip off in the summer to charge that fee. Would not have booked here if I would’ve noticed that charge.

Cons: The smart bus staff were not friendly.

Cons: They shouldn't be charging a resort fee upon checkout. This isn't a resort. The restaurant is a bit mediocre. Just felt gouged being here.

Cons: Parking is an extra cost and on top of a very high nightly rate they also charge a resort fee. Found that for the money things were small and needed some sprucing up.

Cons: $35 per day for access to pools/hot tub/fitness facility/parking/airport shuttle/etc. was excessive. Rooms are not aging well. Very thin walls which enabled us to hear our neighbors extremely clearly at 6am each morning as they readied themselves for the day. No central air units. Hotel style window units were noisy and inefficient. Overall disappointing experience.

Cons: This is a bit expensive but booking at a less busy time got me a nice discount.

Cons: It seemed like all the food/ restaurant options were very pricey.
