Pros: Covid so no amenities. Location is great.
Cons: If they’re stating that they’re cleaning better than before covid.. then I’d hate to see how nasty this place was before hand. Night lights in bathroom won’t work, exhaust fan doesn’t work. Can lights starting to fall out of the ceiling door bumper fell out of the wall. Hair in the tub food in the furniture. I thought it was a pull out sofa only reason I found all the food. I wasn’t looking for any faults with this place. Check In time 4pm we got here 730ish plenty of time for them to attempt to clean.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) had a great stay at World Mark in a 2 bedroom unit. It was a great amount of space for us with 1 twin bedroom and 1 master with its own bathroom. The small living/dining area was good to relax in and the kitchen was stocked enough to make some simples meals. It was nice to not have to eat out every day. There was even a washer/dryer in unit so we didn't have to pack as much. We walked to the market a few blocks away. Everything in town was pretty close so location was good as well. Definitely recommend a stay here, esp if traveling with a family. They even had a murphy bed in the living room, in case you had 2 more guests.
Cons: Dishwashing machine wasn't working well in our unit so we mostly had to hand wash the dishes, not a huge deal.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The rooms are big, include kitchens and very clean. The interior facing one are quiet and away from snowmobile noise.
Cons: You must pay for the WiFi daily, which given the room cost, seems ridiculous. Also, there is no pool or hot tub currently and no notice of this issue until you arrive.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: 3 Separate Sleeping Areas, Full Kitchen and Two Bathrooms, Living Room with Fire Place.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was very clean and the staff was very friendly
Cons: I didn’t like that the roads were icy and we couldn’t even park we got stuck, just wish they could clean the parking lot.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We loved having the room to spread out and have a kitchen for meals. The pool and hot tubs were great.
Okay 5.8
Pros: Good location, nice hotel,
Cons: We have a refund for 1 night due for a change made under “free cancellation” policy, and can’t find anyone to get the refund. Booking say the hotel is in charge, the hotel say Booking is in charge... Don’t believe free cancellation if there is a prepayment!!!
Okay 5.1
Pros: Staff was very friendly & helpful
Cons: Pool too cold & spa gave us skin irritations! November is bad time to go ! All is closed in town , Park is closed even in North Entrance !! RCI told us it was open !! It snowed almost every day, too cold for outdoor activities ! we wasted 6 h driving for nothing !! Very dissatisfied with our stay !!

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Excellent location near the West Yellowstone gate. Close enough that it is within walking distance to all of the restaurants and amenities in West Yellowstone, yet just far enough that you don't have to hear traffic all morning and night. Room was clean, but definitely dated.
Cons: Room was a bit dated, but not an issue if you're out doing things!
Good 7.0
Pros: Crosswinds Inn was a nice pit-stop to recharge and recuperate after a long drive from the west on the way to Yellowstone National Park. The breakfast was hearty and satisfactory and the room was cozy.
Cons: Where Crosswinds Inn charmed with its utilitarian qualities, it underwhelmed in style and charm. While everything I needed was accessible, there was nothing remarkable or memorable about our room, except for the price, which I guess was justified for the location.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This was an amazing hotel, very clean, great location. Staff was friendly. Very nice
Cons: No, everything was great
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The location is great, just 5 minutes from the west entrance of the park, the heated swimming pool and the spa are an excellent shelter after long days spent running around
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location, comfortable beds,
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff went above and beyond in every way. Wonderful experience and will plan to stay there again.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The service at Crosswinds was excellent.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great location!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location.Friendly staff.Clean
Cons: I know it is very centrally located but the price was high for a two star hotel. But its a very expensive city itself so cant really complain there.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Lady at front desk upgraded my hotel room which was awesome!
Cons: Nothing loved everything!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Super clean! Great breakfast to go (in times of Covid).
Cons: Nothing. We had a great stay
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff and services were wonderful. It felt like we were staying in a fancy 5-star hotel at times! Honestly, everything was perfect!
Cons: Not that I can think of. We were very pleased with everything.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Good location near park entrance in West Yellowstone. Restaurants a short walk away, including good BBQ. Grab-and-go breakfast included. Pool and hot tub open. Pleased overall.
Cons: Quite expensive for this star level of hotel, but a considerably better price than most of its competitors in an expensive tourist town.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This exceeded my expectations in every way possible! The layout in the room reminded me that I was stay at a Disneyland resort almost. The bed was comfy, room was filled with extra pillows, and had cute little toiletries from bath & body works. It was much needed after a long day in Yellowstone. This is a great place to stay at if you're in town and visiting Yellowstone via the West Entrance. Breakfast every morning was a treat too! The dining area was fully stocked with bread, jams, eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, coffee, etc. It was a lot more food compared to my stay at other Inns! Thanks for an amazing visit.
Cons: The price point is more than what I would've wanted to pay for to stay at an Inn. However, I understood that it was a busy holiday weekend and the pricing was more than fair. Thanks again for an awesome stay!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Pool was very warm, the kids loved it. We spent a couple hours in the pool. Breakfast was great, nice clean room. Rooms were very cutely decorated.
Cons: Bathroom doors are very small, not handicap accessible.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Clean room with all the amenitieswe needed. Free breakfast.
Cons: That we paid $200 for the same room that when we chexked in others wer calling on the phone and paying $110.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location was great. Breakfast was fine.
Cons: The price was very high,$---,but it was the day after the total eclipse.
Good 7.0
Pros: The location was good. Centrally located. The breakfast was average but about what we expected. The rooms were clean but had a musty smell to them. It was slightly above average.
Cons: The room smell was bad. Had to leave the door open for a couple of hours to get the odor out. Other than that it was average

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location and walking distance to restaurants.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was great! Thank you
Cons: The bed wasn't as soft as my bed at home but of course you cannot please everyone when it comes to mattress preference :)
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location was perfect. I liked the pet friendly facility. Staff was exceptional. Price was was very good.
Cons: The facility needs upgrading. Breakfast was fine but there wasn’t any butter. Ever. That’s weird when have toast, pancakes, and English muffins.
Excellent 8.0
Cons: Nobody, including the front desk, was wearing mask. To each their own but they had signs saying mask required but the front desk didnt have any on and nobody asked the other guest, who were congregating in the lobby and hallways, to put on a mask.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Nice big rooms
Cons: Why are there signs to wear masks everywhere yet there are dozens of people walking around with no masks on, going to the pool. and hot tub? Families sitting around outside the pool area drinking? No social distancing or mask wearing and huddled around the breakfast area. The employees not enforcing mask rules. I grabbed fruit and came back to my room because I couldn't believe what I saw. This is not good!!!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great price for a central location to all activities! Staff was helpful and duper friendly.
Cons: Wish the sauna was working!
Poor 1.0
Cons: Did not get the room I booked and was not offered anything in compensation although I drove 200 miles to have a jacuzzis sweet and didn’t get it. Unacceptable!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Wonderful location to do winter tours. Walking distance to restaurant. Hotel room was very clean, hot water, spacious and functional. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Abundant parking. Somewhat street noise but it was in the center of town.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Huge room! Very comfortable beds. Great location!
Cons: Quite noisy in the morning with early risers.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Cleanliness, and location were great. Even with the pandemic limiting some services it it was fine.
Cons: No, I was very well taken care of.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location! Front desk personnel was extremely hospitable.
Cons: N/A
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Clean. Pet friendly.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location And family friendly.
Cons: Breakfast adequate. But could’ve been better.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The location was great.
Cons: The hotel is overly priced for the quality you receive. It's very old and has not been updated.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: It’s location
Excellent 9.6
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Had to sleep in my RV it was so loud in the rooms with paper  thin walls. Staff did not care, not did they care when I stepped  on broken glass in their hall and ways. What a waste of $----for a room I didn’t even get to sleep in. Terribl
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff
Cons: Hot tub is under repair.
Good 6.0
Pros: Great location. Easy access to Yellowstone. In general the rooms and place were great. I would recommend bit the China Virus has everything screwed up.
Cons: If you have pets they won't let you leave them in room in crates. Even if your going out for dinner. They have no hot breakfast because of the China Virus, it's bagged snacks of what they want to give you. Housekeeping was to be desired. Specify, Specify!
Okay 5.0
Pros: Very clean, close to entrance of Yellowstone.
Cons: Overpriced for the room, and breakfast bags were terrible. Other hotels let us make our own breakfast bags, and still had warm options like waffles and pancakes during COVID. No toaster but they gave us bagels. It was awful and cheap.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location, bathroom was spacious
Cons: No closet or dressers
Excellent 9.7
Pros: The pool was great, the breakfast was very nice. Our kids were treated well by the staff, and the room was just fine.
Cons: Rooms could be updated
Excellent 8.2
Pros: If you are traveling to the Yellowstone, this maybe the best accommodation to do the loops of the park and get back to sleep the night and do it back and forth.
Cons: The price is very high, but it is probably the same with other hotels

Excellent 9.0
Pros: I loved The Evergreen! It was one of my favorites on a recent 3-week National Parks trip across several states, and I would happily stay here on another trip to West Yellowstone. COVID safety: The hotel makes it extremely easy to socially distance from others. Access to the rooms is from the outside - you can park directly outside your door and there are no hallways involved. Key return was also contactless, which I appreciated. There are also little patio tables and chairs outside many of the rooms, which was a nice touch. Room: The room was a little small, but was fine for two people and was a reasonable size given the price. It was cute and well decorated, and the (adjustable) heater worked extremely well and kept us toasty! The bathroom also had a great (hot with good water pressure) shower. Location: The hotel is two blocks from the town's main shopping and dining area - it's an extremely easy walk. We were also provided a list of recommended restaurants and a map of the town that included locations of restaurants, the grocery store, and a liquor store, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel is an easy ~10 minute drive from the entrance to Yellowstone NP. Overall, we were extremely happy with our decision to stay here!
Okay 5.0
Cons: WiFi barely worked. Satellite/tv was super slow to work at times not even allowing changing of channels.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful, comfortable rustic-style accommodations near West Yellowstone entrance. Close to coffee, restaurants and shopping. I would definitely book again. Room had everything we needed for our four night stay in mid October: comfortable king size bed, plenty of space for our suitcases, etc., larger than usual refrigerator, nice bathroom with nice soaps and shampoos, large, soft towels. What more could you ask for and in a beautiful MT setting.
Cons: Floor was a bit cold in the morning. Bring slippers.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The room was beautiful and had a great atmosphere but it was smaller than we'd expected. Definitely would stay again just wish we would have had a better idea on the size. Parking was also extremely difficult at times but manageable and the staff was very helpful when there was a problem finding a spot to park.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was ADORABLE, they left a thoughtful, handwritten welcome note that included the weather for the following day. Each detail was beautiful and thoughtful. We were well pleased! Cant beat the location either- two minutes from Yellowstone's west gate!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This place is absolutely amazing. The person who checked us  in was very professional.  This hotel spared no expense in renovating these beautiful rooms. The bed was very comfy. The decor made this place feel very special.
Cons: The only thing that would be an improvement would be having a microwave in the room (I think it was in a separate building that was close by but it wasn't that big of a deal for our short stay).
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The room were clean and cute. I like the decoration.
Cons: Rooms was small
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was so clean and comfortable. Beautifully decorated too.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping, it's also a few minutes from the park entrance.
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Staff wasn’t very friendly I know they book up but not need to be short with people. Hotel clean cute in a good location
Cons: Not microwave to heat up food. Staff was not really friendly
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The staff is very friendly. location.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: So quaint, clean and great location!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The Evergreen is a hidden gem! What a cozy little motel - updated and spotless, with exceptional staff. We only stayed one night and loved it so much we tried to book another night, but it was already sold out.
Cons: The TV reception wasn’t great, but there was so much to see and do within walking distance that it really doesn’t matter. The shower is very small but it gets the job done.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great location, good value, rooms are nice and customer service was good. I don't normally stay at motels but in this case, I think it was nicer than most hotels!
Cons: The flower pots hanging from the room in the parking lot are stupid low, I hit my head on one like...3 times.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The decor and the cozy feeling in the room. Bed was very comfortable.
Cons: Wood have been nice to have a microwave.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The best thing is its location. It is just out of west door of Yellowstone. It is very convenient to play in the park during the day and sleep in the hotel in the night.
Cons: The price is a little bit of high.
Good 6.0
Pros: Nice Decor and good coffee in the lobby
Cons: No WIFI is unacceptable!

Good 6.0
Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: No separation from the sinks and the sleeping areas: No privacy while grooming. The Wi-fi was hard to secure; kept going back to an open, risky connection. Pricey: high taxes and service fees. Advertised breakfast included, but only provided coffee.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This is an absolutely charming inn!!! Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The compact rooms had everything we needed. An added feature is a full-service coffee bar in the woodlands-themed lobby. Delightful stay!!!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Rooms recently remodeled, outside looks like cool old motel at a national park.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: great hotel best in west yellowstone

Pros: I personally thought it was a bit over priced, but that's West Yellowstone for you!
Poor 1.0
Pros: The lobby deco
Cons: Everything else.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Not worth the price
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The location was perfect for our needs!
Poor 1.0
Cons: No microwave at all. It is different from the advertisement. And staff doesn't offer help. They have microwave in their apartment but the manager won't let them help us.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great place to say. Clean rooms friendly staff , my only dislike rooms are too small beds are comfortable
Cons: Rooms too small
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very convenient location.
Cons: The showers were so small I could barely bend down and the oversized shower heads were not adjustable enough to rinse my legs
Okay 5.0
Pros: The location of this hotel in West Yellowstone and its proximity to Yellowstone park was excellent.
Cons: It was the smallest hotel rooms I have ever had and it was one of the highest prices I have ever paid for a hotel room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This hotel is under starred. That price for a one star had me worried but I was so pleasantly surprised. It was newly remodeled, clean, many personal touches. Adorable. Great staff!
Cons: Nope. Nothing.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff has been super nice with us. The rooms are spacious and very clean. There's a 24/7 complimentary lounge in which you can have some coffee, tea, water... The hotel has a big parking along with an additional parking, an additional of the additional parking and so on...
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Location to Yellowstone is perfect.
Cons: Small shower but we knew going in so no disappointment there.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nice hotel, wonderful staff, but small rooms for the price.
Cons: Expensive
Good 7.0
Pros: Location was very close to Yellowstone west entrance and close to many restaurants.
Cons: We knew that kitchen is not there , but we were not told that we are not supposed do any sort of cooking when we called the hotel before booking. Any kind of cooking is prohibited and there is a fine of 250$ if we cook. Microwave oven is also not there.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The motel was outside of Yellowstone National Park. It was decorated nicely to fit the western atmosphere. We stayed in the Inn one night and then moved to the cabins. The cabins were very roomy and were our favorite. The staff was very friendly.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Bathroom was small, but not uncomfortably so. AC worked well and maintained a consistent room temperature. Internet connected quickly, and was reasonably fast. Big selection of TV channels. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good value. Convenient location, easy walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. If you recognize that this is an older, classic style (with real room keys) travel-motel, and have reasonable expectations, you will love this place!
Cons: Tight parking.

Pros: My mom loved staying in the little cabin. It was just the right size, very comfortable beds, and a big shower! Situated in a great spot in town, so easy to get to and from the park!
Cons: No grab bar in the shower.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The cabins were very comfortable and a fun way to be close to Yellowstone National Park!
Cons: A bit inconvenient to not be near the main office, ice machine, etc.
Okay 5.0
Cons: Water temperature was so unpredictable for shower.
Good 7.0
Pros: We visited during COVID-19 pandemic. So having our cabin was a plus. We preferred not to be in hotel with shared hallway/elevator. Everything was clean and nice. Our cabin did not have common walls and was away from the street. We had no issue with any noise. In fact it was very cozy and silent. It had two rooms with queen beds. Both had heater and AC, TV. And a mini kitchen with microwave, mini fridge and a sink. No cooking though.
Cons: Matress was on the stiff side. Worse than the typical overnight hotels close to airports. If you stayed on Marriott, Hamptons etc inn, this cabin sleep is worse than those. It was expensice for the service. I'd say 30% overpriced. We really wanted to be in a cabin (not a hotel room) for safety and health reasons during pandemic. If it wasn't for that reason I'd stay in a different inn/motel with reasonable price.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Liked the two separate bedrooms and sitting room/kitchen layout. The area was very quiet.
Cons: A little pricey but I understand that this is a desirable vacation area at the end of the summer season.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The absolute cutest cabin!! Very spacious and clean. Location is great, can walk to all the main downtown streets. Felt very safe. Highly recommending these cabins to friends who are traveling to Yellowstone in the near future.
Cons: No huge issues. The pillows aren't the best but I feel like that's par for the course for most hotels.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Cute little cabin with two beds, one being in the main entrance/kitchen.
Cons: The location is a little noisy. I wish there was a couch in the main room instead of a second bed, it’s a little strange to have it in the kitchen. The bathroom needs updating.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The location was ok.
Cons: Fire alarm was beeping regularly at night, had to call front desk come and help. Staffs are friendly though. Considering its still outside the park, the hotel itself is overpriced, more like a motel. Not sound-proof, heard neighbor snoring all the nigh
Good 6.0
Pros: Clean, cozy.
Cons: Way too expensive and Not 3 star as rated. Street Traffic right next to the cabin kept us awake all night. Too small for a family.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Nothing special
Cons: Not worth 230.00 per night. Missing coffee pot, too cheap to put lights on sign outside cabins, and owner was very rude.
Okay 4.8
Pros: Bed was comfortable.
Cons: Very small unit. Spartan. Bathroom was walk in-back out.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Indoor pool!
Cons: the stuffed animal that I liked, the gal in evening couldn't give me a price, nor could the young man next am. I did take it, just hope it's not huge expense.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very close to Yellowstone Park Entrance, many restaurants nearby.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Hot tub, pool, and beds.
Poor 1.0
Pros: nothing
Cons: when we arrived he gave us kes to roon 220. we went up, I inserted key in the door and it opened, there was a man and woman standing inside. we were all shocked. we went back to the lobby.we told the fellow there was someone already in 220.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The bed and bedding were very comfortable. I liked that they have courtesy shuttle service to and from the airport. And a free tour of the town every night.
Cons: Only one night table, so I didn’t have one and put my water and book on a chair.
Good 6.3
Pros: Binoculars cookies etc s’mores old pictures Free laundromat
Cons: We looked out at a parking lot Ice machine didn’t work You need a new toaster Breakfast was adequate ..... never changed Very small lobby to sit in
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Staff was welcoming. Room was clean and nice. We could walk easily to town but we were on a quiet Sid street.
Cons: The price was high.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The house keepers where great a wealth of information
Cons: You could hear everything from the hallway - and need another toaster in breakfast room one for 100 people is not practical
Excellent 8.0
Cons: Breakfast/internet
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The location was perfect, we were able to walk to places in Weat Yellowstone for dinner and shopping. And it's really close to the Grizzly and Wolf center! We arrived early and they were very accommodating in letting us check in. Staff very friendly and attentive to our needs.
Cons: For the amount spent for each night it would've been nice to have more selections for breakfast. We knew beforehand that it was a limited selection so we were prepared with other snacks we brought. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!
Okay 5.7
Pros: The hotel had air conditioning.
Cons: It look at least five attempts to open the room with the card key.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel employee at the front desk changed our room to be by friends. All the food, drinks, and toiletries were out for us to get anytime. Fireplace in lobby for game night, Indoor hot tub and pool were nice for win
Cons: There was a moldy water stain above the shower, and TV not great quality, but it is an older hotel. Hot tub was wayyyyy over chlorinated. The fumes were painful!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Nice pool and hot tub. Well staffed breakfast area.
Cons: Plumbing was a little sluggish. Tub enclosure in need of update.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: breakfast is good in pandemic time. room are comfortable location close the entrace Park
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We came for one night and stayed for three. Everybody was very helpful and the rooms are clean and spacious. Great plus that they kept the swimming pool area open, with necessary precautions of course.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Price, amenities, furniture
Cons: Coffee pot still had old coffee in it. TV way too small. Almost zero staff. No cleaning because of Covid, didn’t even pick up towels and trash placed in the hallway. Looked like a third world country.
Good 7.0
Pros: Pool area clean. Friendly helpful staff. Good size room for a family of 4. Decent grab-n-go breakfast.
Cons: Pillows were flat. No outlets by nightstand to plug in chargers or fan. Limited TV channels since Direct TV wasn’t working.
Okay 4.0
Cons: Very few TV channels to choose from and small TV. Bedside light did not work. Had to go to front desk to get coffee for coffee maker.
Good 6.0
Pros: Great staff. Friendly helpful and efficient. Room was ok. Breakfast was good. Location is super
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Comfortable room, bed. Good amenities. Great mountain view from 3rd floor room. Staff was accommodating. Hot tub. No restaurant.
Cons: Slow wifi, under 3Mbps. Low number of TV channels. Thin walls.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location was good; the room reasonable considering the tourist area; the room was small due the handicapped bath-room; and the breakfast was good. The motel was within walking distance of the town center. The staff was very helpful.
Cons: The room was small for two queen sized beds due to the oversized handicapped bathroom. I didn't request it.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Roomy quiet comfortable good breakfast lift good laundry
Cons: The air conditioner would only work on heat. The pool was out of action because the filter was being prepared.
Okay 4.8
Pros: The Yellowstone Lodge is an adequate stay in an old hotel. Breakfast was nothing special and the rooms were old.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: LOCATION
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Comfortable beds in a very clean room. The customer service was impeccable! For the money, this is by far the best place to stay while visiting Yellowstone.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Close to the West entrance gate, quiet area of town.
Cons: The fire alarm going off at 11:30 p.m. when we were asleep because the neighbors burned their popcorn, were partying, and maybe drunk too?
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Compared to other hotels in the area, it was a good value. The room was clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was very good.
Okay 4.0
Cons: Bed was defective. Internet did not work
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Location was good because close to Yellowstone.
Cons: This is nothing like a lodge. The rooms are 25 years out of date and beds are terrible. The worst nights sleep in years and back ache to prove it. The customer service is absent as employees don't care about the customer. Coffee worst ever!!! Don't book!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Good location right next to Yellowstone National Park. Clean large room.
Cons: The smell on our floor was terrible - it was due to guests cooking something with cabbage, and it permeated the entire floor. The front desk said this happens regularly.

Mediocre 3.0
Pros: We liked the pool
Cons: We found blood on our bed sheets
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Super clean, up to date, great location to the park and downtown west Yellowstone. Will stay here again
Cons: I didn’t like breakfast options felt like they ran out to quick but I’m sure covid had something to do with that too.
Okay 4.0
Pros: easy to find parking
Cons: toilet flooded and front desk told us someone would be up with cleaning supplies so we could clean it, i asked for a new room and we were given the room next door
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was amazing and the front desk was wonderful.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Hotel was very clean and had a good location in West Yellowstone. Staff took Covid seriously and everyone we met was masked. The facilities were clean and well-cared for. Bed was comfortable and our room had access to outside air for added ventilation.
Cons: Because of Covid, there was no hot breakfast served (understandable), but that exclusion was NOT reflected in the price we paid for our one-night stay at the hotel. We stayed at a similar property later on and paid 1/3 of the price and received a hot "to go" breakfast in the morning - a greatly appreciated service that I feel should be provided (if advertising Free Breakfast).
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The room was nice and comfortable. We actually got a larger room than the one booked. A nice stay after our day in Yellowstone.
Cons: There was some trouble with our reservation. We were taken care of...just calls at night and morning checking on who we were and how long we would be staying.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very nice staff and the room was clean and comfortable.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Location. Clean. Quiet.
Cons: Staff was not wearing masks when we checked in, both morning and when we came back in the afternoon, even when there was a sign at the lobby requiring masks. Staff at front desk repeatedly gave me wrong information on which side of the building’s second and third floor the laundry room was. Not a big deal, but they should know hotel layout to provide accurate facility-related information to guests.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location for entering Yellowstone was perfect! Hot tub was perfect for a day after exploring and the staff was extremely nice and helpful.
Cons: Nope!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Price and location.
Cons: no
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was great
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location was great! So close to entrance of Yellowstone. Staff was friendly. Beds were decently comfortable.
Cons: We walked into our room for the first time and oops, there were other guests in there eating pizza. Thank goodness they weren’t doing something else!! Yikes!!Somehow, room numbers got jumbled up. Problem was fixed and we got a different room ins
Good 6.0
Pros: It was close to the Yellowstone entrance. The staff was kind and accommodating.
Cons: They would only make up your room if you asked the night before and I did that and they didn't clean my room. The rest of the hotel was very clean.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: location
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The Location to entrance of Yellowstone is the only good thing about this hotel.
Cons: Price was too high for what was received. Breakfast food was some of the worst that I have ever had at a hotel. Staff was horrible, rude, loud, not helpful. Housekeeping blocking the halls at 7 am. Manager did not care about anything I said to him.
Good 6.0
Pros: Small room, carpet was dirty, breakfast room too small and not too much to eat.
Cons: Need update
Good 6.8
Pros: The bed was comfy and soft and the rim was clean.
Cons: The breakfast was very mediocre for the price of the hotel.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Staff were very helpful even when the cattle bus arrived with 60 people standing in the lobby and we could not even get in to go to our room!
Cons: The TV is much too limited with no direct TV or good channels and no guide for the channel list!

Pros: hot breakfast is good
Good 7.0
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and our room was a good size. Glad to have a convenient, clean guest laundry.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: It is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is perfect.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location was certainly the best quality Access! It was just a few minutes outside the west entrance to Yellowstone. Access to the hotel pool was another great quality. We love taking the kids to swim every night as part of the vacation/hotel experience.
Cons: Got a poor night of sleep because the beds werent very comfortable and the air conditioner was so loud I woke up every time it turned on. Also wish there was fresh fruit at the breakfast.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean and great location.
Cons: N/A
Excellent 10.0
Pros: They went out if their way to make sure a good breakfast was available while keeping Covid standards.
Good 7.0
Pros: The bed was comfortable, ample space for my husband and me, enjoyed the table in the room for a take out dinner during COVID.
Cons: The microwave in the breakfast area was broken, so no way to heat burrito unless we went back to our 3rd floor room to reheat, but we had already checked out.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Unfortunately, the only positive comment I have is it was close to Yellowstone West Gate.
Cons: - Fire alarm at 5:00 am - Hard bed - Free breakfast was bland - canned fruit, horrible coffee - Rug was dirty - Crowded with tour bus people - Thin walls - can hear other guests - Ice machine broken
Okay 4.0

Okay 5.0
Pros: location
Cons: Way over priced
Good 7.0
Pros: The breakfast
Cons: Bathroom smell
Good 6.2
Pros: location, easy access
Cons: for $300+ a night, it is definitely over priced for Comfort Inn. That's more expensive than staying at Hilton (5*) in NYC!!! Breakfast was only until 9am, not exceptions. For $300+, should have a full breakfast until at least 11am.

Good 6.0
Pros: The location was awesome less than a mile and a half from the west entrance to Yellowstone national park
Cons: Room was very small furniture was very cheap there were three ice making machines only one of which was plugged in according to office staff during COVID-19 most in keepers who advertise free breakfast have at least a grab and go this location offered nothing
Okay 5.0
Pros: It was a convenient location to the town and the entrance to Yellowstone. It comes as advertised; no frills but serviceable.
Cons: The staff either were not wearing a mask or wearing a mask incorrectly (not covering both their nose and mouth) every single time we saw them.
Good 7.5
Pros: Great location for staying right outside the west Yellowstone entrance! Property was a couple blocks off of the main strip, but a quick 5-10minute walk to all the restaurants and shops. Very clean room and bathroom.
Cons: Very bare bones in terms of amenities (but that was largely due to COVID restrictions!).
Good 7.0
Pros: Close proximity to everything in town.
Cons: Refrig in room was not cold enough, even on highest setting.
Good 7.0
Pros: Loved the location and the ease of getting there. The beds were very comfy, and the check in process was very easy. The rooms were quiet and bathroom was large.
Cons: The sheets weren't clean, there were a lot of dark colored fuzzys on both the blankets and sheets. There was no conditioner in the bathroom and the sign was not lit up at night which made it hard to find the hotel.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great towels! Memory foam mattresses.
Cons: There was a mixup on the reservation name and the employee would not listen to me when I said 3 times it might be under my friend's name. I had to write it out for her to acknowledge my words. But it got straightened out.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very friendly and helpful front desk person. She was quick to offer dining directions and provided extra creamer for the room.
Good 6.2
Pros: The location is walkable.
Cons: You are paying a lot of money for a poorly decorated room with amenities that are very cheap. The staff speak better Chinese than English and are lackadaisically perfunctory.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Beds were comfortable. Memory foam was nice.
Cons: Beds were ok but it would have been better if there was room to get to both sides of them instead of being against a wall on one side. Good breakfast options.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great Breakfast
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Excellent breakfast and staff.
Cons: Minor repairs needed in bathroom area. Quite small.
Good 6.0
Pros: It was conveniently located and one of the cheapest rates in the area and decent overnight stay and the breakfast was better than most!
Cons: It smelled awful in the room and the carpet felt very weird under my feet. Beds weren’t terrible but also not incredibly comfy. And the WiFi is super slow!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Breakfast was great!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Comfy room - great breakfast choices.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: When our car got a flat tire late at night on our way to West Yellowstone we couldn't get to the hotel on the day of our scheduled arrival. Despite being beyond the no refund cancellation date, they allowed us to cancel our first night without any charges. The staff was friendly and absolutely great all around. Very convenient location just outside Yellowstone's West gate, the rooms are big, breakfast is great, particularly considering this is during COVID pandemic.
Cons: The only negatives were that we found the beds quite hard and you only get 2 free breakfast buffets with your room, so if traveling as a family just be prepared to pay $10 per person for breakfast for any more than the 2 free ones.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing just location
Cons: Unorganized staff, dirty rooms, no shampoos (they said because of covid yet they had unsanitary no day wash and soap holders in the shower) I would have preferred small shampoos instead of that.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: No swimming pool or jacuzzi.
Cons: They did not have a microwave or refrigerator.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The location was absolutely wonderful. The price was just what I was looking for, the room was what I needed.
Cons: I found myself wishing there was a microwave in the room. There was also not anyone at the front desk until check in started.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Pick another one! Pictures are misleading
Cons: Bed and shower were broken. Bed was So Hard! Worst shower experience ever! Didn’t drain, smelled musty, fixture was falling out of the wall, soap dispenser is right at your elbow! Why? There’s so many places to put it! They said there
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was awesome. Especially the breakfast staff. For what our family was expects from a hotel this one suited our needs. Rooms were very clean. Staff was great. Recommend this hotel for sure
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location and breakfast
Good 7.0
Pros: Breakfast was well done. Staff where very accommodating.
Cons: The room rate was expensive for the quality of the hotel. However , I realize West Yellowstone has a monopoly on hotel rooms for Yellowstone National Park visitors as hotels prices are far less priced than staying in the park lodges.
Good 6.0
Pros: Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfast ever! Great job.
Cons: The picture on line is a bit misleading. The bedroom is very nice but the rest is very basic. Could have stayed at a BW and been a lot less. Over priced for what you get.
Mediocre 2.8
Pros: The location was right outside Yellowstone which was our destination...that was the ONLY plus about this place.
Cons: It's completely dated, the room was dirty... my kids and I were walking around barefoot in our room and when we went to get into the rock solid beds out feet were black! There was some orange rusty substance coming out of the shower head that left the what was white tub ORANGE after my shower. There were dead bugs smashed into walls through the room. The room smelled terrible of mothballs. We paid over $300 for this one room for one night and both my husband and I said we should be just slept in our vehicle. We are campers and travelers so we know how to rough it if necessary but This was the worst stay we have ever had! I do not recommend this place at all!
Good 6.0
Pros: The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good.
Cons: There is no elevator and the a/c did not work. Also, I couldn't get the internet to work in my room but if I went to the common area it would work. This was the first hotel I have stayed at where they ask you your room number when you go to get breakfast.
Excellent 10.0
Poor 1.0
Pros: Close to Yellowstone National Park
Cons: Very poor customer service, rude, AC & bath vent were both not working. When asked they did not provide a new room for us. We checked out a day early due to the poor service & bad room. Would not recommend for friends & families.

Good 7.0
Pros: Average
Cons: The stairs
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Nice room and it was clean. Good parking. Would stay here again.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I like fhe spacious rooms
Cons: No one answering our calls
Excellent 10.0
Pros: For the price, it’s great! No frills, outdated but VERY clean and staff was wonderful.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great location and price
Cons: The caulking in the bathroom could use a do over
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Perfect location, close to everything we needed. Towels were soft, room was huge, kitchen well equipped and the beds were fine.
Cons: Parking lot is small and we had to park on the street.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This hotel was conveniently located. We had a new room that was spacious perfect for us. Coffee maker, frig and microwave worked well. There were some new house problems with a light that didn’t work but not a big deal. We only met the staff at c
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: NOTHING!!! The office person did not look happy that I was interrupted her smoke break and that it was a hardship checking me in. The fridge was completely frosted over (half of left side top and bottom) and did not work plus there was a red liquid gel on the bottom of fridge and room felt like a dungeon and had a musty odor. No phone, the remote had dead batteries and I had to go to office to get batteries. Office did not have batteries and so I went back to room to wait for batteries and to see if fridge had started working. It had not. I went back to asked to check out and a full refund because fridge was dirty and it did not work. I needed a working fridge to keep my insulin and ozempic cool so it would not loose it's potency. They tried to give back half a refund but I kept insisting that it was a medical necessity and the fact that the fridge was not clean or working, presented a serious medical issue for me and I no choice but to check out. They tried to make me feel like I was a pest and unreasonable. I insisted that it was not my fault and that I did not trust how well they cleaned room if they had not defrosted fridge. They made me feel like I was lying so I showed them my medication and picture of fridge. She did not want to look. She said manager was on the way. I waited about 20 minutes and then the manager called back and asked for details. The batteries for remote finally showed up at which time the office person started telling manage in front of me the situation. She insinuated by her attitude, words, and tone of voice, that they had gone to a lot trouble to please me but I was not pleasable. The manager finally authorized a full refund. So I checked out 40 minutes after checking in.
Cons: Attitude, clean fresh smelling room. Room needs a total renovation. It need a few repairs, you could see that repairs were DIY.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location was perfect for me.
Cons: Layout of the room was weird
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Comfiness, close to Yellowstone Park.
Excellent 8.0
Good 7.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Not enough parking and no refrigerator
Good 7.0
Pros: The rooms were of a good size and that was the reason I booked the hotel a second night when we found out we would be staying in West Yellowstone again. The location was terrific. Grocery stores, shopping, and Yellowstone were all nearby.
Cons: The ice machine didn’t work. Additionally, the second night, I expected a micro fridge like was in the room I had the first night. However, the second night’s room had no micro fridge.
Poor 1.0
Pros: This hotel was closed...so what gives???
Cons: It was not open. I want a refund
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was great, awesome customer service.
Cons: Seemed like it can use a little bit of renovating.
Poor 1.0
Pros: The Location
Cons: This hotel was a complete shock! Had I not trusted your star rating of 3stars I would never have booked this room. The paint was chipping and peeling. The dead bolt did not work. The shower would not maintain temperature, WiFi did not work. ETC! ETC!
Good 7.9
Pros: We booked a family suite which has more than enough space as we expected...There was a receiving/sala area were chairs and TV is located...Enough space to gather, talk, chat or watch TV. The room itself has four queen size bed and it was spacious and not crammed even when people are inside...The location is excellent as it is few blocks from Yellowstone park entrance...The staff Lily is friendly and allowed us early check-in which is much appreciated as we were travelling the whole night and arrived in the morning before the usual check-in time.
Cons: Not too many options for good restaurant in the area...at least none that we were able to find....
