Restaurant seems to be an understaffed afterthought; trying for efficiency at the cost of customer service. A few staff were helpful at the desk and food service; but they were seriously overstretched.

Cons (-) gold memeber, got smallest room possible+ most remote from elevator and stairs. it seems like they really made an effort to do as minimum as possible to have me as a returning customer
