Cons (-) gold memeber, got smallest room possible+ most remote from elevator and stairs. it seems like they really made an effort to do as minimum as possible to have me as a returning customer

Pros (+) The staff was friendly and efficient. We had an overnight and then an afternoon flight so we decided to venture out to Windsor Castle. Paige was very helpful and cheerful about storing our bags and giving us directions.
Cons (-) The room was fine but wifi would have been nice for checking into flights, etc. Definitely an aging facility but if you can get a cheap rate, it does the job. The water was scalding hot almost instantly, so if you're travelling with children, be very careful!
