Pros: Loved the room, really comfy. Stayed there one night, but wouldn't mind to stay longer.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: great location, room, Staff, excellent service!
Cons: slow elevators, long wait
7.1 Good
Pros: Well situated
Cons: Facade of a good hotel but ... We were given a nice spacious corner room. But during the first night the air con either froze us or overheated us; the bathroom extractor seemed to stop working and one bedside lamp’s switch was broken so the light could be turned on/off only by turning the bulb in the socket. We reported the problems in the morning. When my wife returned, hoping to be able to rest and cool off after a very hot morning in the town, she was told a technician had been there and had ‘done what he could’. It turned out that now the room was even hotter than outside. So she reported again. She was then advised to move to another room two floors up. That required her to repack all our belongings in sweltering heat. And the new room turned out to be smaller than the original room. Moreover despite being promised help in moving, none was provided other than by a chamber maid who abandoned her other duties to assist with getting two large suitcases plus three smaller bags into the new room. The receptionist didn’t even offer the help of a trolley - though later I saw a number behind the counter.
Sleep in Hostel & Apartments - Poznan - Bedroom
6
9.1 Excellent (1,386 reviews)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was really surprised with the comfort for the offered price. The place is amazing, great location. Highly recommended!
Cons: The only thing which could be possibly be improved is the shower, It's done in the way that when you pour water it is going all around the bathroom. But it was very clean.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location right off Old Town Square. Good breakfast and staff
Cons: With the windows open (no air conditioning), loud noise from young people partying in the street was still going on at 430 in the morning. Impossible to sleep though. We were there on a weekend which might be worse than weekday.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Breakfast buffet offers limited choice.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The room was very clean and spacious, whole place nice and organized plus extremely nice and helpful staff. Localization is right in the city centre, so everything was perfect
8.8 Excellent
Pros: absolute plus was the location. Breakfast was very good (I hadn’t even expected it) and the staff was extremely nice! Room was clean.
Cons: It was a bit noisy due to the location smack in the middle of town. As it got hot in my room I had to either sleep with an open window to a noisy street or live with a very warmed up room. That’s nobody’s fault though: just a heads up to anyone with sleeping problems.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Had a very spacious private room with big windows and comfortable double bed (GREAT pillows and duvet). Nice hanging rack for clothes. Towels and sheets included in price. Coffee/tea available in kitchenettes (one on each floor), fridge space available if you ask (not out in public area). Nice private bathrooms (not ensuite but multiple single shower/toilet/sink bathrooms on each floor). Breakfast was fine (cold cuts, eggs/sausage, yogurt, occasionally pastries, etc.). No real communal lounge but TV in kitchen and some sitting areas around the halls. LOVED the location; be advised it can be noisy because you are RIGHT off the main market square (convenient to most things). Restaurant downstairs was excellent and a good value. WiFi worked but for some reason had to take my phone out of airplane mode (?), although didn't turn on data? (I'm not very good at tech, so I have no idea what this is about.) Staff spoke English well (thankfully, because my Polish is minimal). Clean, safe, and well-kept. Good value for the cost. A little over a mile from the train/bus station, relatively easy walk.
Cons: Breakfast selection was inconsistent (some days they had pastries, others not); little fridge in the downstairs kitchen would've been nice. Neither of these are at all significant.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect. location right in the middle of the old town. There is coffee and tea 24 hours. the staff was incredibly helpful. we would stay only one day but we loved there so much for that we stayed 2 more days. Moreover, they made discounts for the last two days. İt was like hotel not hostel.
Cons: Hostel was perfect...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was extremely polite and friendly. Plus, the location is already amazing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice and clean
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, directly in the main square.

Staff were good, with a particularly helpful gentleman (can’t remember his name) being so helpful with our bags, where to go, and general recommendations

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property was very clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location.
Cons: The parking is far from the hotel but the staff told us it was “right behind the hotel” so we were in the alley way searching for the parking until again we went in and turns out it’s quite a few blocks away so ask for an address or exact location on the map! Of course as travelers we don’t know where it is.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cannot find a better place to stay than on the last floor in the room facing the city center. Great!
10.0 Excellent

Cons: In terms of what they could do better...I would recommend placing an iron in the room.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location is excellent - dead in the middle of Old Town. The staff was very kind and helpful beyond expectations. The room was adequate and clean.
Cons: Our room was on the 2nd floor and there were quite a few stairs but no elevator.

Pros: Location was perfect. Our room was on the 5th floor and was absolutely huge, we even had a large balcony. The property was beautifully decorated and was probably one of the cleanest and best maintained we've ever stayed in. The staff were just great, every one of them were friendly and helpful but I'd like to give Veronica on reception a special mention, she was so lovely, full of tips and advice on places to visit. They made sure that I had gluten free bread each morning for breakfast which was great. For those with no dietary needs the spread of food was amazing, plentiful and varied. Lots of cheese, meats, scrambled eggs, breads and pancakes. There was a sweet treat table with a different cake every morning as well as smoothies, pastries, waffles and fresh fruit.

We got great information from reception about the nearby historic sites which helped with our planning for touring the city and the fact that the hotel is really close to the Old Market Square makes it easier to find your way around. Breakfast was both hot and cold with meats, cheeses, and salads, cereals, fruits, pancakes scrambled eggs ect and plenty of all of the above.

Cons: It is the only one day, Saturday 27th, when I met a friend and came back my room has not been made up (it was 19:00 after the dinner). I was upset and asked the person at the front desk, and he called a cleaning staff immediately. It was the only one occasion I missed my routine because of that.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was ideal, right in the center of the city. View from my room was great. A/C was working great.
Cons: My stay was too short. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Cons: The one senior lady at reception with red-brown hair was little inflexible to listen to my explanation about special situation of booking and question against it, and she stop it in earlier stage for her to do the confirmation by her way only..
7.5 Good
Pros: Everything excellent
Cons: I left something in the hotel room. I called them and the staff told me to send an e-mail about it. If i don’t send an e-mail, they will do no thing. I already sent 3 e-mails for 3 days and no response. Thank you for helping nothing.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very good hotel, for business but also for families/tourism. Close to city center (1.5 km), modern, free wifi, big rooms, very good quality for price. Recommended!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, very professional staff, rich breakfast can satisfy any guest.
Cons: Laundry service. Because of flight delay I arrive very late (midnight), my luggage was lost and I had just one shirt. Laundry service was avaliable next day at 9 am. It should be some possibility to make some self service during out hours.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The A/C seemed to work okay
Cons: The room was small, the bathroom was small

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel in a fantastic location in a charming and impressive city. From start to finish our stay there was everything we could have hoped for. The team there made us feel welcome and were extremely helpful and nice. The hotel is nice, new and clean and things work as they should. Very impressed and hope to be back soon.
Cons: The one thing we maybe would have liked was a slightly better menu selection in the hotel restaurant. For two vegetarians the options were rather limited and not very appealing.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: There are various options for trams traveling to different parts of the city just in front of the hotel. We feel quite comfortable staying there. The pool is small but enough for my two year old daughter. Very good breakfast.
Cons: We stayed there 4 days and the automatic revolving door was broken for the whole time. Don’t understand why they didn’t fix it. It‘s quite cumbersome for us because of our baby buggy.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was amazing, and I am a vegetarian, and do not say so lightly. The hotel's parking was nice too. The staff was friendly and helpful. All was clean. The wifi was ok. The room was nice, good chair, a small fridge, we could make a cup of tea thanks to the electric kettle.
Cons: The bed was ok, but way too small for two women each taller than 1m90. The beds are made for rather small-ish people. The bathroom is a bit cramped too, especially the toilet and the shower cabin. When you are tall, there's not much room to maneuver.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very modern and fresh. Friendlly staff. Excellent food at the restaurant at nice price.
Cons: If you want to see a city, it’s far from the center. If you like big bathrooms, well, this will seems tight.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Edgy / super friendly staff / comfortable bed / decent coffee in the room / great shower
Cons: Lack of enough sockets / usb chargers / air conditioning not great / bathroom window with no curtain making it impossible to completely block outside light in the room in the early morning

Cons: A bit too dark
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff very helpful and pleasant
7.5 Good
Pros: Location Big rooms Nice staff Small Breakfast
Cons: Bar area No spa No comfortable lounge No tea and coffee facility in the room
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel entry is amazing and the staff very friendly. We ate dinner in the dining room and the food was excellent as was the service. We both thought it was good value for money.
Cons: The square toilets in the en-suite were very bottom unfriendly. Also the lighting in the bathroom made it nearly impossible for husband to see to shave and difficult for me to put on my makeup. These were our only quibbles.
6.3 Good
Pros: Comfortable bed and bedding
Cons: This not a 5-star hotel. 5-star means quality of every element and an outstanding service. Only one receptionist which means that it may take a long time check-in as the receptionist takes guests to each room. There were no towels in our room. If this is a 5-star how hard is it to check 22 rooms every day? No tea/coffee facilities Cheap toilet paper Not practical design: square toilet seat, splashing taps, small tv, no sound system, fiddly tv, step in the bathroom a tripping hazard, no tissues, no iron board, long wait for someone to bring it to the room, doors locked at night and you have to call for someone to open it! A member of staff cleaning outside our window in the morning! Questionable colour schemes Poor and inadequate lighting Extractor fans not working in the toilet and the bathroom No mirror in the room, only in the bathroom. Bathroom lighting poor and difficult to apply make up with no over the mirror light. On a positive note, a very good quality bed and bedding. Pleasant staff.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Stylish hotel in good location and fine restaurant and bar.
Cons: No coffee and tea facilities in the room

Pros: Very smart, clean hotel right on the edge of the old town. Spacious room and bathroom. There was also a fridge with complimentary drinks which was ideal as the weather was hot whilst I was there. A good selection for breakfast at the hotel and plenty of different restaurants to choose from either across the road in the Stary Browar shopping complex or if you are prepared to walk a little further (15 mins or so) then around the old town square.
Cons: Nothing

7.5 Good
Pros: Due to some trouble on my way to Poznan I arrived at 2.30am instead of the scheduled 10pm. I called the hostel to ask if it's a problem to check-in after midnight. It was no problem and tye lady was very helpful. Bed was comfortable, for the rest of haven't used any facilities but everything looked fine.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We really liked the hostel and would be happy to come back again one day I can fully recommend it
10.0 Excellent
Pros: really wonderful hostel between old city centre and central station.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good quality toilet paper
Cons: Cleanliness could be improved
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Liked everything. I didn't use the kitchen nor the lounge as such, did see it when checking in and it seemed spacious and comfy. The dorm was absolutely spacious and comfy. Enough room to sit up on the bed without hitting your head. Big table with chairs provided. Spacious drawers for bags and backpacks. Can be locked if you have a padlock. Loved the decoration of the room. I understand that when looking for cheap accommodation one's taste in decoration may not be the main factor, that if you care about it at all. But, here someone has done a great job and for the price you pay, it shows! I'd much rather sleep in a cosy, stylish room than in a cheap dorm where 20 IKEA beds have been crammed in, leaving no room for guests nor their thoughts but for the bare walls that surround them. So, well done Poco Loco, located inside a stylish, lovely old building, and keeping it stylish. To finish my ranting I musn't forget about the receptionists. Lovely girls, very polite and funny. Was shown around the common areas and taken to my room which I think is a courtesy you don't always get in hostels. Check in was fast and so was the check out. I was running late so couldn't even say thank you properly. Staff are helpful and happy to advise on anything you ask!
Cons: Not enough sockets in the room! It's an old building tho. Shower door didn't shut properly. The frame of the bed bunk had been damaged (clearly by a careless guest). So was one of the power plugs. I'd pay attention to that as there's not enough of them im the room. All the damage I'm talking about must have been done by guests. Who would have destroyed their own houses I'm sure some people just can't be helped. I just find it really annoying as it was a really nice room I stayed in, beautifully arranged and decorated and the property seems to be really well looked after! So it's a bit of an eyesore to find some of the furniture broken by irresponsible guests. The door of the room just randomly opened at night. It's a double door in an old building! Fastening the latch will do.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: That I had to carry my bags several floors. That was tiring.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean bathrooms, clean rooms.
Cons: Checked all the information before and ordered family room, but when we arrived it appeared we will have shared bathroom that was not mentioned on the information provided.
7.5 Good
Pros: Cosy, clean, quiet, nice staff
Cons: For a hostel is quite expensive. It could be fair with basic european breakfast (toast, orange juice, muesli etc.)
5.4 Okay
Cons: Stayed Friday and Saturday and during both nights I was disturbed by other guests. One night a guest slammed the door of the dorm with an enormous bang. It happened twice. The second time he only just managed to reach the toilet in time to vomit. The night before as well drunk guests behaved in a very anti-social manner. A party at a neighboring flat also caused a lot of noise (screams in the court yard to enjoy the acoustics). In both cases staff was absent. Perhaps she went to another floor to rest. The first night I managed to catch some sleep by moving to the common room. The second night I hardly slept. I moved to another hostel.
8.0 Excellent
Pros:
Cons: Fewer stairs, or a lift!
