There was no check in on the site. After the plane was disconnected from ground electricity conditioning stopped. The temperature in the plane during the flight was about 28 degrees. Crew listened the passengers with smiles but did nothing. After boarding when ground electricity was connected everything became operate. But it was too late. The interval between the rows is very small. Get ready to the flight with real low coaster.

Cons:i did not like the landing part. instead of decendong slowly, the plan was kind of falling. But the landing part was good.

Cons:Flight change - after booking, they add connection in the flight instead of direct! And also change the time by 4 hours. we missed connection flight due to delay. In tbilisi airport was chaos, huge delay again, no info, we almost missed the second flight because there were no signs, announcement or gate writen. Really bad experience! Around 12 hours trip instead of 2.5!!!!!

Pros:I liked the fact that the lines in the check-in desk were very short or non existing. The whole process of ticketing was fast and efficient.
Cons:There was no entertainment at all (even no music). The food could be improved and the soft drinks should be more varied.
