We arrived to find that they didn’t have the car we reserved. Initially the manager helping us didn’t even apologize and instead tried to blame us because we used a third party to book it. He offered to upgrade us but that “required” him to charge us more money. They ended up finding us a car but it took over an hour waiting and it wasn’t completely cleaned on outside. They offered to wash it while we waited longer but we were already way behind schedule.7.2 Good

I had to pay a cab fare to get to the rental lot because the counter at the airport wasn't staffed and there was no shuttle. This wasn't made clear when I booked. I was offered to wait until someone could be found to work in a pickup but i was on a very tight schedule.6.8 Okay

Additional charges were not itemized so no idea what I was being charged for at drop off. The wait in the lobby was agonizing due to an average of only 1 person being behind the counter to handle rentals and their trying to do too many things at once. Both pickup and drop off took about 3 times as long as other rental agencies. There were several others in the office but seemed to be dedicated to car sales only. My car had food crumbs on the carpet where they neglected to unfold seats.2.0 Poor

It was not clear from the beginning that the site chosen was not at the airport. Also, the reservation promised a 4 minute shuttle ride. It was two hors from the time I made it to the hertz shuttle bus and the time I eventually got my car. The car was not clean and smelled of smoke.Cons:
All of the above are simply unacceptable. There was one person that was helpful in this disaster. It was the person at the desk in the office on San Pedro who actually got me my car. I've asked my admin asst not to book with hertz in future trips to San Antonio.10.0 Wonderful

Car was filthy, hadn't been cleaned despite them claiming that they sanitize all cars due to Covid-19, this car was filthy. In fact, we were driving down the road when I noticed my 3-year-old eating a pack of doughnuts she'd found in the pocket of the passenger seat. Amid all the fears about Coronavirus, and their claims to take this seriously, it seems that they are all talk, but mostly hot air. The interior of the vehicle was filthy. I had to take it and clean it and sanitize it myself and wipe all the gunk from the steering wheel and interior.8.4 Very Good

Pick up and drop off was easy and I felt like they were very conscientious of my time. The woman who checked us out called for a shuttle as she started checking us out so it was waiting for us when we were done handing the car in.Cons:
Overall the car rental was fine, except that the vehicle does not have a toll pass program. Then Enterprise charge a fee per day that you use toll roads, but due to not having a toll pass we were charged all types of extra fees from the toll roads. It felt like a scam.10.0 Wonderful

I booked @ one Enterprise location & asked to pick up at a different Enterprise location much closer to me & the additional drivers. My request was fulfilled. That is excellent customer service!10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
We ended up going to the airport one because we didn't realize that our reservation was with a city office. The guy behind the counter was EXTRA accommodating in helping us. And since they didn't have a compact car, we ended up getting an upgrade on top of it. Awesome service.Cons:
