Flight attendant and Security Guard check Point scan have attitude problem. I will never travel to Taiwan nor fly Eva again. I use to support Taiwan country but after been connect through Taiwan see their Security Guard with attitude. I would never allow my family and friends to go to Taiwan or even inter connect flight at Taiwan.
The service on the EVA Air was excellent, connecting domestic flight was “only good” ( with Bangkok Airways).
Coming back w Eva Air
They are not pleasant to fly with
Expeditious boarding, great service, clean and comfortable cabin. There could have been more restrooms in my section of Royal Laurel class.
Lost my bags
On line checking was more complicated than needs to be. Boarding was a bit chaotic. Otherwise good service and smooth flight.
See previous comment re Manila to Taipei …
Having travelled to Manila through Taipei with my carry on bag with EVA, no questions asked, I was extremely disappointed to have to check my carry on bag into the hold on the return journey because it weighed too much (at check in in Manila). I realize (now) the weight limit is 7kg for carry ons - this seems absurdly light for international travel. The majority of other passengers had their carry ons with them and no way were they 7kg or less. Your policy seems very inconsistent and unfair as clearly not all carry ons are weighed at check in. Because my carry on had to be checked in, this added at least 45 minutes to get out of the airport in addition to the 40 minutes we waited for a gate upon landing. Disappointing as the rest of my experience with EVA was very good.
Entertainment was really bad: very poor selection of movies, tv shows and games. Interactive map did not work at all. Food was much worse than the last time I dlu EVA. The lounge was simply horrible, both foos and drinks, this was the case both for Toronto qnd Taipei.
Everything
Everything
The flight was okay however, we would have appreciated more drinks during the flight. During the first service for food I requested a cup of tea. The stewardess advised it would be served however, our seats were not offered this beverage and it was difficult to attract someone’s attention. It was an okay flight and I will book with EVA again and take my own water.
Good
Everything very good
Not the biggest selection of movies for English speakers and the food is pretty meh but otherwise Eva air is fantastic! The crew are great!
Not much choice to select seats in advance.
Excellent screw staffs but not much choice to watch movies.
Eva air is an excellent airline to visit Taiwan. Everything in my flight was smooth and managed professionally
Never fly with this airline is very terrible they just keep annoying you throughout the flight for the mask even though most airport and airlines aren’t required to wear mask December 2022 however before boarding they insult you for it if you don’t have.🤬🤬🤬
Everything was great except for leg room
There didn't seem to be any wireless internet available during the long flight. Entertainment options seemed limited.
There didn't seem to be wireless internet available in flight.
Can definitely recommend Premium Economy on Eva. The flight staff were wonderful and so accommodating. Just the right amount of space to stretch out and get some sleep too on the long haul.
it delayed so the transfer flight was rush.
Bathroom amenities are pretty good even in economy class. My flight was delay so I missed my connection flight at Taipei.
EVA was clueless and offered no help regarding catching our next flight. They gave false reassurances and didn’t know the process whatsoever. But the big probables was that Kayaks booking was unacceptable and a nightmare. We had literally 25-30 minutes from getting off our prior flight, picking up our checked luggage, going through US customs, rechecking our bags, going through TSA, then racing across a massive airport via train and running to make our flight in time. We almost missed it! Super disappointed with Kayak.
overall good. my seat wouldn't stay reclined. onboard entertainment was limited. beverage service also limited.
my seat back wouldn't stay reclined. the beverage service was limited and the glasses of wine were really small but overall good experience
The flight was so bad, the flight from Taiwan to Bali was not great but much better. This flight from Bali to Taiwan was horrible. The staff was rude they didn’t have enough supplies the seats are horrible
