Did not get the vehicle I booked. Neither did I get an alternative vehicle. I had to do a taxi from airport along with my family. Very poor service. Agents in Jeddah were not helpful at all. I am very disappointed. Hopefully my deposit is returned by now on my credit card

Staff was friendly, and personable

Cons:

The location address given was wrong. It took me to the middle of the road. I ended up paying a taxi a lot of money to drive me to 3 different locations before finding the right one. It took over an hr to do the paperwork and get my car. For drop-off I was told I could drop it off early and there would be someone there to take me tk the airport. When I arrived nobody was there and I had to scramble to find an uber to get to airport on time

Flight from Dammam as late for half an hour, consequently we have landed bit late and reached to the counter for taking-ver the CONFIRMED reserved CAR but NO ONE were available at the counter and I was in troble with my family including infant boy.

I couldn't hire the car because I think they entered the wrong ID number and it showed the wrong Jawazaat information. So I had to travel to another city just to find out that nothing was wrong

Arrived in the North Terminal. Their office is in the other terminal. They would not answer the phone. I had to take cab to go to the other terminal to pick uo the car, paid almost the same amount for the rental per day. Then when returning the car the rental guy said he can take me to the North terminal for money, the same amount the cab would take. I had to agree or I was going to have to go through the inconvenience of finding a cab and moving luggages feom the rental to the cab. Also their small cars are very weak. They have some hill roads the car could not go up in. I was worried that the car would roll back and hit cars behind me. I had to turn around and go back and find a different road.

The car was 3 years old but still OK. The biggest issue was that it was 200 km per day and I needed to drive the car to Makkah. They wanted to charge me a huge amount upon return for additional km driven.

Good morning, I booked for pick up at airport, however on arrival I found that the pickup was off site. I had to rebook alternative car and lost this booking. Hire company were uncontainable on number provided.

When I arrived to the pickup location, they said that they can't see my reservation in the system and they don't have any cars left anyways. I had to look for another solution.

Staff. No information about charging extra millage before car rental or in the lease contract. Totally impolite behavior claiming additional money (exceeding the rental sum) for extra milleage and disregarding anything else. Never experienced this before.
