Pros (+) The rooms were clean and cozy.
Cons (-) Accessing the location was a bit difficult, and the exterior hallway leading to the rooms reminded me of a scary movie.
Pros (+) Close to BUR, transport starts at 5:30 AM--but I was bumped to 5:45 despite confirmation, apparently because another traveler had a 5:30 slot. The transportation service is contracted out. The van was there at 5:40. Light traffic for the few miles. Courtesy was everywhere. .
Cons (-) Middle of nowhere. Only meal source is a Jack in the Box across a major intersection. Staff told me "restaurants" etc about a mile away at a mall. I walked (car or Uber necessary) about 2/3rd miles and found a local but very good Mexican 50s-60s decor overhead fluorescent bar restaurant specializing in seafood. Cons (-) This was the worst ever. I requested a non-smoking room so they gave me a smelly room with an adjoining door next to a chain smoker.
