Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests highlighted the hotel's excellent location as a major advantage, with several also appreciating the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, there were repeated complaints about cleanliness issues, such as lack of cleaning, presence of insects, and poor maintenance. Service experiences were mixed, with some guests frustrated by inconvenient check-in procedures and delayed responses to problems. Bed comfort received neutral feedback, with some guests finding beds comfortable while others did not. Overall, the location stands out as the hotel's strongest point, but improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.
