Delay after delay. No communication where gate was. Meal vouchers were offered after all the eateries had closed for the night. Just a brutal experience
The delays were brutal. The Covid rules traveling through Canada was a mistake. Never flying to or through Canada ever again.
My bag was and is still left behind
Plane was extremely cold all throughout the flight and no blankets we're provided unlike my flight from Chicago to Brussels. Boarding was a disaster! All the passengers were crammed in a very tight space and made to wait for about an hour before boarding the plane which also took a while to taxi before we could board. Not sure why they checked every one's boarding pass so early only for us to be jam packed like sardines(very few chairs) and wait for all of two hours before getting on the plane. COVID is still around so to be in such as tight space with so many people was not because the best majority were not wearing masks so social distancing was impossible. Plane entertainment was old and not many options available. The crew did a decent job but the food could have been better. I enjoyed the waffle we got before landing though.
Great service and adequate food on inter continental flight, but inter-Europe flights they charge for EVERYTHING including water!!
Where is my luggage???
Boarding was easy and fast . Flight crew was courteous and professional
Business class was regular seat with nobody sitting next to you. Wouldn’t book business for such a flight. No entertainment.
Service was good.
Only 4.5 hrs flight, regular commercial flight. Not crouded at all which was great! But - No entertainment whatsoever. No food or drinks. Even water. I would gladly pay for food, whereas every thing written in the menu wasn't available, but snacks. Not funny guys!! We were in 2 hour lines before boarding. We were not aware that the 400 us dolarla tickets are without food and drinks. We were tired and we were hungry and thirsty. And here it was: a very appetizing menu that we can't buy anything on it.... Again, not funny at all.
Nice staff. My entertainment screen did not work well. My checked luggage is lost. I’ll be so happy one my luggage is found and returned home.
Free food or entertainment should work
On time Crew facilitatîg swift boarding
Simply the best 😂🤠🤠🤠😂🤠😂
7 hour delay poorly handled by airline
Plane late over 2 hours. Crew did not know how to manage the situation. Very unprofessional
The crew managed the covid guidelines very well in a friendly way. Wearing a mouthmask does not feell ok in a 2 hours flight. As long s people are sitting still, I would consider periods of taking it off all together, (keep it on up to departure and then again before landing. People moving shoud wear a mask.
Crew members were very helpful, friendly and dedicated. The flight was punctual and inside very clean.
Seat 5A could not lie flat!
There was a two hour delay because of incompetence in scheduling fuel truck. Further, upon arrival in Roanoke, hand baggage was sent to baggage claim. We carry hand baggage because it contains valuable or sensitive materials that we do not want going through the baggage system. This is very poor and United needs to perform better.
Pros: Everything was amazing
Cons: The process to travel
Pros: Absolutely nothing. Everything was piss poor.
Cons: Everything. First I wish my flight wasn’t canceled a d then received notice on the same day
Pros: The crew are doing amazing job and making sure we all stay safe.
Cons: What could have been better is us; the travelers/passengers. We need to follow every protocol and or precess or procedure put in place by our government and the airlines. United Airline is doing great job keeping us safe while we travel.
Pros: thanks to the paid upgrading we got 2 seats in the front of the cabin (row 5)
Cons: there was NO organisation at all during boarding: the people just stood in line, not respecting 1,5m. Also at the airport security waiting lines no attention to social distancing was respected. At arrival the off-boarding was in groups of 8th rows, not really helpfull either. A big disappointment versus the flight we had from BXL to PORTO !
Pros: service in general
Cons: no covid separation at seats
Pros: Crew was very nice. Chocolates were very nice.
Cons: Come on guys for the price of the ticked you could have served us something more than a sandwich.
