This is a huuuge hotel, a little off the centre. You'll like it if you prefer large corporate-like places. They offer great breakfasts, I booked a premium double room and it was about 25sq.m., clean and light, with modern and clean bathroom Limited tea and coffee in the room.
There was no balcony in the room, although promised in the room description. The room was not heated, which is a brave idea in the Central Europe: it was 17C when we got there, with 10C outside - think about winter! The hotel staff supplied an external heater when asked twice. And most important: they make you pay upfront and they don't respect the booking.com calcellation policies! I made a booking for two nights but after the first night, I had to cancel another night because of Coronavirus travel restrictions. Expecting (sort of that), I made a flexible (and more expensive) booking via booking.com, allowing to cancel reservation just before the beginning of stay. THE HOTEL DIDN'T RESPECT THAT and charged me for two nights. So, I''d say EUR240 for one night in this hotel wasn't exactly a bargain.

I trust that this is the worst hotel I ever stay in my whole life. Even the difficult situation at the moment, they never offered me any flexible or option. The reservation can answer only that my city and Berlin are not crisis areas and they didn't consider that the COVID 19 is a force majeure. So, I assumed that they don't mind if any guest from risk countries staying or affect to others guest at their hotel . Again, this is the unprofessional hotel and you will not get any help in return.

Really lovely, spacious hotel. Enjoyed a free upgrade which made my three-night stay even more comfortable. Non-intrusive housekeeping, excellent breakfast even for a vegetarian (including soy milk being available) and lots of seating space in the bar and lobby.
Nothing not to like to be honest! The room was a little warm, though I'm pretty incompetent with hotel thermostats so not a slight on the hotel to be honest!

I liked the location, room in general and staff was also efficient and competent. Breakfast was good also with plenty of offers to choose from.
Breakfast service was good but I would suggest providing a tray. This would be necessary to avoid getting up frequently to get more food. When I returned to my table, the staff had already taken the dish and glass I left there. Also the water glasses were too small and one of them had a (small) crack.
