Personnel at the reception are friendly and intelligent. I have been staying in almost all chain hotels at the Kurfurstendam during last 20 years,this is the best. Minimalist architecture hides luxury and cosyplace .Amalgamation of German solid quality and Mediterranean warms.

Very nice accomodation! Hotel is located in my favorite district near Kurfurstendamm and Zoo station, public transport here is superb. Room is comfortable and clean, so large bed. Good choice of TV channels. Nice free swimming pool. It is not very large, but there were only 2-3 persons each time, not inconveniently
Strange, but welcome letter with candy appeared on the last day of our stay (we stayed for two days). Maybe it would be nice to put toothpaste too in bathroom

It was readily available, clean and easy to locate. The room was pleasant, along with the view.
Half the staff we encountered were polite and helpful, the other half were short and bothered to provide us assistance. Room service/cleaning personnel kept disturbing us, even though our stay was for one night, so we decided to go elsewhere.

They charging 15 extra for using sauna. No every body was nice as it should to be in 5 star hotel.. Rooms are small. I would say its nice 4-star hotel.
