Chaotic/Crowded check in. Delayed departure from LHR, resulting in a very delayed Dinner service. Since takeover by the TATAs, Air-India has become Uber commercial and not in a good way, but more like Ryanair. Most seats are now sold and at too high prices (£24 add on for a single windows seat). The promised transformation into a better (clean), efficient and professional airline is nowhere in sight ☹️ Thanks
Food quality and service degraded from my last trip.
Flight seats were broken . TV screens don't work. Remote don't work. It was a horrible experience. Felt like so risky flight. Plus my bags were lost and when we recovered the bags after 2 days items were missing inside

The flight was very good, it was on time at the take off and before time at landing. Overall it was a great experience !!!

Our journey was pleasant and the service provided by Cabin crew was commentable.
We had a pleasant journey in Air India. Commentable service was provided by the Cabin crew.
I would love if the ground crew would be vocal about how they are boarding the aircraft. It seems chaotic.
Only crew members are good food quality is not good same types of both times and just only panir related food very bore to eat tvs are not working and nobody’s have any knowledge to fix same seat covers so dirty to sit over there

Flight was delayed…seats were damaged, table for food damaged, along with tv’s devices not working again…2x in a row and have taken images for proof to submit this issue directly out to Air India teams
FOR SENIORS ABOVE 75 YOU MUST HAVE SOME CONSIDERATION OF COMFORT ZONE.
Please improve plane conditions. Display is broken and map doesn't work
Food too spicy for non Indians. Not enough food options were available for the passengers sitting towards the end. They should rotate serving people from the back as well not always from the front. My TV and most of theTVs not working. For long flight its very important to fix the TVs. Seats were broken and dirty. Tray tables were wobbly. Foot rest didn’t stay in place.

Horrible flight conditions. Entertainment system not working. Charging points not working.
Nothing was like, service was very poor to worst. Front TV 70% we’re not working, after several request nobody was listing or behavior was like do not care what traveler thinking. Seat wire was came out from seat and seat were horrible. I thought Tata has buy the airline, there should be good service , but it was worst than before. Plain condition was horrible. I am very much afraid for return flight, we are75+ need comfort
Entertainment was good. Food sucked and service was really bad. Poor service on alcoholic drinks and food menu for teens
The Entertainment system didn’t work in the long haul flight of 15 hours! The seat and the tray table were broken/shaking as if would fall on me.
Provides good service. However, entertainment system didn't work.
My seat did not even recline and crew refuse to solve the problem. I am having now severe neck pain
Flight was canceled. Rebooked on the next day’s flight. Experience at airport to rebook was awful. Entertainment system did not work on rebooked flight.
My inflight entertainment system didn’t work for the entire round trip ,16 hour flight without any inflight entertainment is tough
No in flight entertainment 2 toilets were out of service Crew was good, food is also good

Nothing works on plane. everything was broken. Definitely need better plane if Air India need some future travelers.
It was my elderly parents travel with my uncle and aunt who were over 80 yrs So i have boarded all these four passenger and the lady could not give us all four seats together even though i have check in them all at once. Then the wheel chair service was one of its worse kind. The wheel chair service guys left my parents once they reach to security check. And same issued of wheel chair happened at the Delhi airport, No one is there to help them for the wheel chair assistance. It was ridiculous and have to beg to the staff there for the assistance. Its not because of Air India I have booked there ticket but it was because of most of the passengers are Indian and in case they need help some one can help and understand them. It is our Compulsion. Otherwise we would choose different path.
Never travel with Air India
I did not like any thing . One of the worst flight in last 22 years of my foreign trips. In Average I have 2 trips from US to India
On board Air India flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 55x35x25cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Air India assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
