Staff/Crew: Hotel staff was the perfect combination of professional and friendly, courteous. They were punctual with arranging taxis and the cleaning staff honored the DoNotDisturb notice. Pros (+) And the hotel has always been a nice place to stay and relax
Cons (-) This particular time that I was at the hotel to check in clerk gave me a very small room I was very unsatisfied with this room I’ve stayed here many times and everybody else always gives me rooms they have a nice space the one thing

Pros (+) Close to train. Cabs right out front if needed. Great value for the price. Convenient having a bar/food right in the hotel. Coffee provided in the morning. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Umbrella and one robe provided in the room.
Cons (-) Tiny elevators. Room was small. Only 1 tiny window in the room and we had no view. Shower door didn't stay closed. The water was $4 a bottle in the room. There was no dresser but rather 2 drawers located in the closet.

Pros (+) Location, the staff is friendly
Cons (-) Draft from windows (they are not sealed),the bathroom is cold (no heating lamp there), the heating blows air straight to bed (not comfortable at all especially after taking a bath) no coffee maker in the room, and no hot drinking water in the lobby after 11 am.
