Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, often highlighting its proximity to major attractions and transport. The service, especially from cleaning staff and doormen, was frequently described as friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was consistently noted as a strong point, with many reviews mentioning spotless rooms and well-kept facilities. However, several guests were disappointed with the breakfast, citing limited options and a preference for a buffet. Despite minor issues with amenities and room assignments, most guests had a positive experience overall.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Great location to walk to Capitol One Arena and restaurants. Very comfortable and friendly, helpful staff. For everything you get you would expect to pay so much more. This was our 3rd time staying here and never been disappointed. Will return again.
Cons (-) I would change nothing.
Pros (+) The staff were the best.
Pros (+) The front desk staff was extremely friendly when I asked if I could check in early. My room wasn't ready yet, and they explained about a dozen people were ahead of me, but they did offer to take care of all of the paperwork up front so all I'd need to do was pick up my key when they called me. The waiting/lobby area was really nice. There was a restaurant and a separate bar and plenty of seating. ...
Cons (-) The only thing I didn't like wasn't really the hotel's fault. The proximity to a Metro station was quite a hike. However, there were plenty of cabs should I have needed them.

Pros (+) Perfect location, few blocks away from the Capitol and Union Station. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and convenient room. Good breakfast place close by. We enjoyed our stay here.
Cons (-) Very small thing: please move towel rack higher, out of contact with toilet cover.
Pros (+) Location was great and bed was comfy.
Cons (-) Internet wasn't working and front desk response was unhelpful and dishonest. And for anybody keeping track, 2 coffees in the lobby were $15. Cheaper at the Ritz.
Pros (+) Good location for business or travelers as it is very close to Union Station.
