Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many mentioning its proximity to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Breakfast was also frequently highlighted as a positive, with guests enjoying the variety and quality of options. However, several reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the service, particularly at the front desk and valet, describing staff as unfriendly or unhelpful. Cleanliness was another concern, with multiple mentions of dirty rooms, stained linens, and musty odors. Some guests felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price, citing expensive parking and outdated facilities. Overall, while the location and breakfast were standout positives, improvements in service, cleanliness, and value could enhance the guest experience.

Pros (+) Great location, nice rooms. They were able to switch rooms when we didn't want to stay near the elevator.
Cons (-) Booked a king room, but was given a double queen room upon arrival. I was told they overbooked king rooms. The room we were given had a pen stuck in the wall to help hold the shower rod in place. The manager offered additional member rewards points for the inconvenience, but I never got them.
