Check in and lobby staff were very friendly, prompt, and accommodating. There were a few issues with the hotel though. The pool was closed when I specifically paid more to stay at a hotel with a pool. The bathroom door didn’t have a lock on it. The refrigerator barely kept a chill. Pros (+) Friendly staff, convenient location, although it is right next to the airport we never heard a plane. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. breakfast we good too!
