Pros (+) Great breakfast and comfortable room
Pros (+) Asked for pillows and an extra blanket which were delivered promptly.
Cons (-) Gym needs more cardio equipment. The woman that checked us in at the honors desk went off on a housekeeper because she set a bag down on the floor beside her. She actually turned around toward her and was yelling at her. She then turned back to me and under her breath said “what the f*ck didn’t she understand?”

Pros (+) The Embassy Suites were nice overall. Only complaints, the bed was awful, and many children were running around like it was playground.
Pros (+) The suite was one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in, the overall design of the building is magnificent and eye catching, it is not easy to get lost in the building, the workers were all friendly, and there included breakfast was more than we had hoped for. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we intend to stay there again.
Cons (-) The Internet was slow and lagging in the bedroom but they had notes placed in the room apologizing and expressing they were working on fixing that issue.
