8.0 Very Good
Miscommunication on parking but good hotel
10.0 Wonderful
Likes: Valet parking, location, Comfortable beds.
6.0 Okay
Pros:The bed was great and I loved the view.
Cons:I thought that breakfast was included but it wasn’t and it was vinte than I was willing to pay at the restaurants in the hotel.
10.0 Wonderful
Pros:Location and price
Cons:Shower needs a door.
5.7 Fair
Pros:The bed was comfortable.
Cons:We were given a handicap room and the bathroom was poorly set up for us
9.4 Wonderful
Pros:Great location, solid Weston experience. Hotel interior spaces look a little dated but it's very comfortable, clean, quiet, overall very good experience. Would stay here again.
Cons:Parking is expensive, like it is in every major city.
6.8 Okay
Pros:The view from our tower room (18th floor) was very nice. Both in the day and at night, the view was great. The hotel lobby area and pool are also pretty nice. The staff was mostly friendly. In particular, the front office manager Jason Wei was incredibly professional and accommodating. He really cared about our experience and made an effort to keep us happy.
Cons:The hotel itself is quite old, and feels that way. The fixtures and room layouts do not match the expensive price tags for the rooms. You're basically just paying for the location. The rooms and hallways and generally everything seems dated and worn out. At one point we were moved to a junior suite (9th floor) in the original building (not the tower) and were not all that impressed with that room either. On top of that, there were hundreds of birds outside chirping and wailing all day and night. We barely got any sleep.
8.5 Very Good
Pros:Loved the hotel. Have stayed there many times... Amazing location...
Cons:However, $750 a night is absolutely insane!! Somehow got ripped off online into paying that for one night! It was supposed to be for 2 nights.... Not happy... Complete rip off...
10.0 Wonderful
Pros:Location is superb with Stanley Park at the door and the city behind. Great views
Cons:Price of parking
8.2 Very Good
Pros:Great location, good value. Fun to be in that part of the city, a real attraction for us.
Cons:Exterior is rather dated but interior was fine. Not a concern for us.
