Cons: The rooms could’ve been better soundproofed as noise from both the adjacent and above rooms filtered through quite a lot. The view was of a wall but that’s part and parcel of a city hotel and were we staying longer than a night I’m sure a room with a view can be upgraded to.

Cons: A group of us were watching a vital Rugby Game on the TV in the lounge bar on the ground floor. At half time the manager can and told us that we could not watch the second half as he was changing it to watch an important football game. Cons: The location is far away from downtown and the science center. Check-in was painful! There were long lines and only two people helping out. We stood in line for approx. 45min!!! We also had to wait at check-out, only to hear that everything is ok. That was really weird.

Cons: A/C broken on our entire floor, so windows had to be opened to cool the room. The only problem is that it was during the Fallas festival, with over a million people partying in the streets and lighting firecrackers all night long. The wi-fi didn't work most of the time.

Cons: The interior is quite outdated, the furniture not just the 1980' s style, but actually from that time. I am travelling with my daughter, who is a minor, and during check in process the receptionist told me that I should have the documents proving that I am her mother ready to show at the check in. This wasn't their policy, he said, but...Why mention it, if it's not necessary?? I have travelled many times with chidren, and I am asked to provide documents when we exit our home country, but never so far from a hotel receptionist. Very unpleasant first impression. The breakfast is very expensive. It is simply not worhty to pay 50 Euros, especially when travelling with a child. Fortunately there are plenty of nice options nearby

Cons: Location is alright and plenty of cabs were available but the metro was a few blocks away. Also, it is a bit of a hike to get over to the waterfront. The area felt safe however.

Cons: One: Noisy group came Thursday the 7th, they made a complete mess in the kitchen and in the setting room, nobody tried to Instruct them, they didn't care at all about the people were there, I got mad when someone accidentally of course spilled wine on my shoes. Two: being charged to print a travel ticket, I've stayed in many hostels and people in their reception never ask me to pay for printing something. But it's okay. That's only my opinion

Cons: The beds were extremely loud and rubbery sounding whenever you moved slightly— which meant it was impossible to not disturb the others in the room. We booked a few beds in a room meant for women & there must’ve been some confusion because three men ended in the room as well.

Cons: The whole sharing thing has never really appealed to me and i was a bit apprehensive but to be honest it wasn't as bad as i thought. There always one wherever you go and this was no exception! Sick all on the toilet floor after someone had a night out and some idiot who didnt know how to turn taps off? Have to mention the toilet lights are on a timer so half way through whatever your doing your plunged into total darkness!

Cons: The hotel is said to be in old time yet is nowhere near it. It's a solid 40 minute walk to get to the main section of Valencia. The room was extremely basic and had a smell of smoke and the bathroom smelled moldy. Bed was also uncomfortable.

Cons: The location is central but we arrived by a rented car and we were not informed that in the morning the centre was scheduled to be closed for the marathon race. Our car was removed by the local police and transferred a long away. After we took it back by paying a huge fine, we couldn't go back to the hotel because the centre was closed. No-one was at the reception on Sunday morning.

Cons: I wish there had been a kitchen or other common area, even something just to heat water would have been a huge benefit. You had to either buy bottled water or fill your own water bottle in the bathroom sink. Otherwise, no complaints!

Cons: It was quite noisy in the room (coming mostly from the street - e.g. traffic, garbage truck at 3 am, drunk people after midnight) but I know this is usual for many buildings in Spain or Italy. So I only want to recommend to take earplugs for those with light sleep :)

Cons: It was so loud, any sound carried and doors were slamming all night. There were young families with babies crying through the night. The bed literally broke if we sat down in the wrong spot and the mattress was one of the worst I’ve ever slept on. The cleaning staff also entered the room whenever they wanted and left the door open (we had a private room). One day they knocked and came in even though I shouted “no!”. I had just gotten out of the shower and they came in and I was completely naked and I said to get out and they just came in, grabbed the empty garbage can, took it out of the room (door was still wide open), and then came back, giggled and put it down. It was horrible.

We thought it was an off day maybe but again asked if they had a first aid kit which she turned around and said 'no' walking away. We were then told by another guest that a corner shop was around the corner. She was unhelpful and made us feel uncomfortable. Asked for another towel as only had one for two people and ended up asking a cleaner who was happy to help

Cons: What kind of hotel has 5 Rooms broken into on the same day and refuses to call the police???
We have just left this hotel after being in the Police station until 2am reporting thefts, 5 different rooms were broken into yesterday. The police confirmed the hotel should have contacted them immediately and they would have come immediately to investigate.
Our room was entered 4 times after we left for the day by hotel staff and management, seems very strange?! The beds were made then all our stuff was ransacked thrown all over the beds. Luggage which had padlocks on them had tge zips ripped open, nothing was left untouched so they clearly spent a while in there.
Laptops, Ipads, cash and jewelry were taken from different groups of international travellers all conveniently checking out the next morning.
But reception and management were not helpful and refused to take any responsibility, they did not want to do anything, advised us we could report ourselves to police if we really wanted wth?!
There are no safes in the rooms and bags that were locked with padlocks had the zips ripped open and the thieves spent alot of time going through stuff.
DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO FEEL SAFE or have a hotel that will actually care about its patrons!

Cons: The breakfast was overpriced at 14Euro per person - we had room only and have a travel kettle to make tea / coffee before showering - fruit from the supermarket is ideal way to start the day with so many coffee shops in town with delicious pastries. The aroma from the drains in the room were pungent when we first entered the room but nothing that a 1Euro bottle of bleach couldn't resolve.

Pros: The hotel is located right next to the main bus station i.e. it is perfect if you intend to reach the city by bus. Besides, one can easily reach the city center on food and bus.
Cons: There is a room for improvement i.e. the furniture was a bit too old, worn-out and partly broken. It is not one of the coziest places one can choose from.

Cons: The man at reception on arrival was rude and ignorant. In addition, we requested a non-smoking room and he put us in a smoking room - it smelt disgusting. Also, the dust/dirt/grime in the bathroom was noticeable.

Cons: Very plain 4* star hotel....no box of tissues in room, tv channels had no English, no tea/coffee facilities in room. Room was very hot during our 7 day stay... the A/C had been turned off even when outside temperature was in the mid to high 20’s Celsius. No bar mini-fridge.
