Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel for its exceptional service, with many highlighting the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, especially at reception and in the restaurant. Cleanliness is also frequently mentioned positively, with rooms described as clean and well-maintained. The breakfast receives high marks for variety and quality. However, a significant number of guests report serious issues with noise, particularly from music and events in the rooftop bar, which often disrupts sleep. Bed comfort is also noted as a positive aspect by several reviewers. Overall, while the hotel excels in service, cleanliness, and breakfast, noise disturbances are a recurring problem.
