Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests generally appreciated the hotel's convenient location, with several mentioning proximity to restaurants, shops, and city center. Some guests found the rooms clean and the price reasonable. However, there were frequent complaints about poor service, unfriendly staff, lack of amenities, and maintenance issues such as broken heating, air conditioning, and TV. Noise and atmosphere around the hotel, especially due to nearby bars, were also mentioned. Overall, while the location and some aspects of cleanliness were praised, service and facilities often fell short of expectations.
