Perfect downtown location, in walking distance to lots of attractions. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Super comfortable beds and big room.

Well designed room: Junior Suite on 7th floor. Very comfortable bed (and I am very fussy!). Excellent modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Nespresso machine. Comfortable sectional sofa. Large desk and a proper desk chair and light. Filtered water container on the floor.
A container for used tea bags. Independent wall switches for bedroom and lounge area. A night light in the toilet (why is it that hotels do not think about this?) or a dimmer on the bathroom overhead lights would have been appreciated. Smoothies on the buffet breakfast menu and non-grain, vegetable options other than fruit.

Loved personal, very polite, helpful and good trained. I loved showers, toiletries quality.
I loved my stay, however room was cooler that i would prefer too. Conditioner system could use an update. I was not able to use gym due to lock malfunction.
