Pros: Nice staff at the reception desk. Very attractive Hotel with excellent Location and very reasonable room rate.
Cons: A few small things that can be improved: 1) in a five star Hotel I expect at least two free bottles of water every day 2) no Kleenex box in the bathroom 3) staff was overwhelmed during busy breakfast hours. Breakfast items running out fast and being replaced only very, very slowly and after asking for them. 4) staff answering incoming calls did not make any effort to locate us in the breakfast room when an international call came in for us. As I said, nothing important, but should be improved.

Pros: The staff is most helpful, I messed up my reservation, they fixed it with a smile. The hotel is right in the historical centre, stylish, it has a character, it's welcoming. An excellent breakfast buffet was included in the very reasonable price. Cozy, comfortable, exceptionally clean, will definitely stay there again

Pros: View was great from the Parador with clean rooms overall
Cons: Some staffs were very very rude. Which ruined our stay overall. The person working at the reception was rude and also at the breakfast cafeteria.

Pros: Our arrival was 5 AM the front desk guy was great. The swimming pool is nice.
Cons: We were asked to leave at 1 :30 PM. We were about to, but we did arrive at 5 AM. I would have given me a later check-out, say 3 PM.

Facilities seem quite dates, the last renovation probably took place some twenty years ago. Pricey and definitely not worth your dollar...

Pros: Good location 5 or so minutes from the escalators that will take you up to the historic district of Toledo. Parking garage was available for am additions fee
Cons: I was in a wing that was warmer than the part nearer the elevators. They were not running the air cond. Yet and there was no breeze because the window faced a small alcove. Also the internet connection was too weak in my room, Nbr 229. So I sat near the elevator to upload my photos where I was cooler and the internet was stronger.

Pros: Location and the staff.
Cons: Arnljótur Arnarson. We bought standard room with king size bed for 3 nights paying 90£ per night. Buying room in 4 star rated hotel you don´t expect to be put in a celler. In a room with small window faceing a wall. This room 114 should be priced down a lot. When we complain we were informed that the hotel was full, but we could try to talk to the staff the day after. In my opinion should the staff, if they care about their customer offer them to change roomms, and in my mind giving a discount, when they knew about our wish to change from this 114 celler room.

Pros: We received an upgrade upon check-in, so our room opened up onto a big veranda with chairs and tables. It was a great bonus. The beds were more comfortable than your standard European hotel and the views from the hotel were breathtaking.
Cons: There is no free WiFi in the rooms, although there is WiFi in the lobby. Breakfast from the restaurant was very expensive ($15), and a lot of the services were closed since it's the off season.

Pros: The location oustide the super touristic old town was perfect, the city regular bus line stopped right in front of the hotel, the staff was wonderful and helpful (special thanks to Cristina :-) ). Breakfast buffet was so yummy with good assortment of wonderful Spanish food and Nespresso coffees. Restaurant and bar nearby with great view of the old town. If weather permits, nice walk to the old town.

Pros: The location was perfect in the downtown area The room was beautiful and spacious and very clean. Parking next-door was very easy, and was discounted from €20 to €14 for hotel guests. The front desk staff was very helpful in planning our tour through the city, as well as with any questions about our stay.
Cons: The room was air-conditioned, although it was a struggle to keep the room cool. The temperature outside during our stay was 108°F,

Pros: Our room had a balcony and chairs with a view of the rooftops - great for a glass of wine. Beds were comfy and breakfast was plentiful. Room architecture felt medieval with the heavy wood doors and red accents, definitely fit Toledo! I would recommend this hotel.

Pros: We had a corner room on the 2nd floor that gave us a great view of the plaza and a nearby street from our balconies. We especially enjoyed watching the people on the plaza going about their daily lives as well as the two demonstrations that took place during our stay. The hotel was conveniently located so we could walk to all of the attractions that interested us. The staff was friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions even though we speak no Spanish and they sometimes had to struggle to understand us.
Cons: WiFi was a bit weak in the room. It was faster in the lobby.

Pros: Dentro del casco antiguo pero con aparcamiento cerca. Cerca de bares y tiendas. A 5 minutos del Alcázar y del centro. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas con un baño individual amplio. Todo muy limpio.
Cons: Nos tocó la habitación A-17 que da al mismo recibidor del hotel. No tienes mucha intimidad y se oye a la gente mientras que espera el chEckin. La hora de entrada es a partir de las 2, lo bueno es que si quieres te guardan las maletas mientras tanto.
