Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's excellent, central location, making it easy to explore the city and access amenities. Many reviewers also highlight the friendly and helpful staff, mentioning specific team members for their kindness and attentiveness. While the rooms are consistently described as very small and compact, most guests find them clean and comfortable enough for short stays. Some negative feedback concerns the limited room size, outdated decor, and occasional service or value issues, but overall, the positives of location and service stand out.

Mr., Dec 2023
All of the team members at the hotel were super helpful. The room was a bit small, but what do you expect in downtown Sydney. There were also little (maybe) fruit flies in the bathroom. Not ideal...
