Staff was friendly even though he was super busy. Car was clean and nice- almost new. Check car back in was very easy and fast

Drop off was mediocre , customer service over the phone if told me with restriction if I am later 1 minutes after 11:29 pm I will be charge . I made it 11:27 and they’re trying to rip me off with charge after a long day of frustration and make me wait longer than I suppose too ....

After booking the car, no car was available at the final time and I got charged for additional insurance while I was booking for the car and later couldnot get the car. Not a good experience at all.
