Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near Blok M and easy access to public transport and food options. The staff received positive remarks for their friendliness and helpfulness. However, many guests were disturbed by high noise levels from traffic, especially in rooms facing the main road, which affected sleep quality. Cleanliness was a concern for several guests, with mentions of old linens, towels, and issues in the bathroom. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel was considered a good value for its location and service.
