Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the helpful and friendly staff, as well as comfortable beds and spacious rooms. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, poor breakfast quality, and maintenance problems with the pool. Several guests also noted problems with air conditioning, noise, and lack of elevators. Overall, while service and comfort were often positive, cleanliness and breakfast quality were recurring concerns.
