It had been a hell of a day of travel with me finding out that I couldn't get out of the town til the next morning. The concierge was extraordinary! I apologize that I forget her name. I think it was Cecilia. She took interest in the crazy day that I had and investigated, found out where I was supposed to be going (no one that I asked knew the town that I was supposed to be heading to for a wedding) and called my room shortly after I checked in. She found out where the town was, how far away it was and offered to book a cab (it was very far away). That doesn't even include the view, breakfast, lounge, etc. Great place and even better experience!

Pros: The Villa's restaurant is incredible! A bit expensive, but hey, what hotel restaurant isn't? The front desk was extremely helpful to my finace and I with booking reservations at museums, learning the bus system, and booking tours. We loved our stay at the Villa, though it is a bit far from Siena's city center.

Pros: The setting, grounds and vistas are outstanding and though it is slightly out of town, we easily took a bus into old Siena to see the sights. The restaurant food and service were also outstanding and the room very comfortable.

Pros: The landscaped gardens are beautiful and enjoying lunch on the terrace was an unforgetable experience. There was a safe behind a picture in our room. The staff was wonderful and spoke excellent English. The dining room is lovely and the breakfast buffet was brought to you. Also, you can order breakfast including omlettes sent to your room.

Pros: We stayed for 5 nights and this hotel certainly lived up to what we'd read about it. The grounds are lovely and peaceful. The staff were always helpful and the Head Waiter is a gem! The breakfast arrangement is a little odd at first, but is not as formal as it first seems and the quality was superb. We would go again.

Pros: The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The staff was so friendly and willing to help us with any questions. It was a very nice, yet not stuffy, relaxed environment. It is situated on nice open grounds where our small dog was able to run around freely. Wonderful restaurant!!!
