The Good The hotel was beautiful! The location was great, right next door to Moscone. The food at Trace was great. The staff was always helpful with a smile. Pros (+) The rooms and staff are great! Food was good and within reason. It was great location in the city and easy to get to places of interests.
Cons (-) The hip club scene is in the damn lobby. Not on a roof or an area where you can avoid. Don't get me wrong, I love having a hip place with a party, but put it so I don't have to walk through it or hear it as I return back from my day. Too bad it's designed that way.

Pros (+) Location is great, right next to MoMA and couple of blocks away from Market Street. Great fitness center. Bed was extremely comfortable. 40% off was a great deal.
Cons (-) Room was bit small. There was an uncleaned coffee cup (and remained uncleaned throughout my stay), a towel in the sink, and no bottled water when I checked in.

Cons (-) Very poor service. A fraudulent charge from the restaurant was added to my room charge. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they became very accusatory and combative. Very, very disappointing!
